"This cabin is fantastic and Lisa is a wonderful host. I booked the place for Valentine's Day weekend so that my girlfriend and I could ski at Schweitzer. The location of the cabin is perfect -- less than a half hour from the mountain and within a 15-minute walk to downtown. "We had a wonderful stay at the Mountain Retreat and loved our time in the beautiful Sandpoint area. We spent the week of skiing with easy access to Schweitzer resort and the town when needed. The home was very comfortable with large beds, a well stocked kitchen and beautiful decor. "

This space is even better than we had thought it would be and it's right in the beautiful forest. "Perfect place to stay for a weekend trip to Schweitzer. The rental is conveniently located less than 30 minutes away from Schweitzer mountain. I only went with a friend but could have comfortable enjoyed our stay with 2 more guests. Cabin is clean, has TVs in every room, remodeled, and kitchen has a nice breakfast bar which we used in the mornings."
