Was an excellent property. Big rooms, with newer furniture & appliances, great deck. Good location. You can walk to Cocoa Village & it is easy to drive to other locations. We would stay here again.

Perfect spot!
Clean, efficient, close to most attractions in Cocoa. Oh, and the residents of the property are super sweet and lively. Beware of The Mayor…she’s super cute and attractive but I’ll save that one for the next time I visit. 😘

Super cute little apartment, it was clean and quiet and we had a great time exploring Cocoa Village! Would definitely recommend Murdock's, food was amazing and they treated us wonderfully when they found out it was our anniversary!

Great little apartment
Came for a dirty heads concert and found this apartment.Quick 10 minute walk to downtown area and the riverfront. The place is set up so nicely. Very clean and the decor is so cute! We enjoyed our coffee on the porch swing. The pool was very refreshing! Definitely will be st.aying here in the future when we attend a concery

Amazing!
Parking directions were a little unclear (to me, my fault because I checked in so late) but once we got situated in the rental, I was able to re-read instructions and park my car properly (backed-in). My family & I had a wonderful time at this cozy spot! I will definitely look for this property everytime we visit in the future. Very pleased!

We LOVED staying here. It's walking distance to Cocoa Village with tons of restaurants and just a short drive to the beach. Lovely little condo with everything you need. Cozy and adorable. We'll be back next year.

We had a great time here. Even the coffee was included! Well stocked with supplies. Everything was neat, tidy and comfortable. Would have enjoyed a streaming service to watch.

The condo was very clean when we arrived, and more roomy than expected! The balcony provided a great place to relax and watch the ocean. Many ammenities were provided. Would go back the next time I come to Florida!

Perfect location.
My husband and I used to live in Cocoa, so this was a 4th of July homecoming for us. The unit is perfect for a couple. The location is great, within walking distance of several good restaurants and Waterfront Park. The property is well-maintained. The unit has a porch that overlooks the pool, which was wonderful and has an only partly obstructed view of the Indian River. There is a Publix and a CVS drugstore just across the 520 causeway on Merrit Island and Cocoa Beach is only 15 minutes away. Its a great location all around and we will be back.
