- Well appointed kitchen to cook a family meal (2 electric burners, microwave, coffee- machine, fridge, toaster-oven etc.) outside BBQ (coal)
- Included: Free laundry machines/dryer, parking for 2 cars, high speed WIFI (400 Mbits) for multiple streaming but NO TV
