NOTICE: Please be advised that a hotel complex is being built on the property next to Sandcastles Condominium. It is an active construction site with noise from the heavy equipment and machinery. Our rates have been discounted to reflect this fact. The workdays are Monday - Saturday 8AM - 5PM. It will not impact any of Sandcastles amenities, like the pool or beach access.

We HIGHLY recommend this condo we rented for a week through Stay in Cocoa Beach! It was absolutely spotless, the community is so quiet, the beach access was fantastic and the views were amazing. We will definitely be returning customers! Zareh was absolutely fantastic to work with and checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect!

Cocoa Beach condo
Overall the stay was great! Management also provided great support during hurricane Milton. However the condo could have been more throughly cleaned when we arrived (food and trash on floor). Additionally, we will likely avoid carpets in the future since the living area carpet was dirty/stained.

Perfect Stay in Beautiful Cocoa Beach
This property was exactly as described. We had everything we needed and more. We had plenty of towels, beach supplies, and kitchen supplies. The location was spectacular with a phenomenal view of the ocean. Everything was very clean - not a single stray hair from previous guests. The condo is filled with friendly guests/residents. There were games, puzzles, and books for the kids. The location is not busy but still in the middle of all of the fun. We highly recommend checking out Coconuts on the Beach which is walking distance from the condo!
