A beautifully decorated condo that is very spacious. This condo is so bright and cheery...a place to enhance your vacation experience at the Beach!

Sandcastles is located within walking distance from popular restaurants and shops. Downtown Cocoa Beach is only a 20 minute walk & Historic Cocoa Village is only a 15 minute drive. The Pier and world famous Ron Jon Surf Shop is just a 5 minute drive.

We take pride in our cleaning, sanitizing and staging protocols. The condo is thoroughly inspected before AND after each guest's visit. We make sure all aspects of the condo is absent of items that have been broken or missing and stains on furniture and/or laundry. We know things happen while on vacation but we need to keep the condo in the best condition possible. All missing or broken items, all laundered items with stains will be charged to the guest for replacements.

Perfect vacation place
This condo is the perfect place for a family vacation. It is very spacious, comfortable and clean. The views are wonderful from the large balcony - where we spent most of our time. We look forward to staying here again!

This condo was exactly what we were looking for. Condo was equipped with everything you may need. Beautiful inside and fabulous view of the ocean. A great location for relaxing and hearing the ocean waves all day. Jennifer was quick to respond to any questions and very accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Very Nice Condo with Great View
The view is great and the condo has extremely well equipped bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. Beach access is easy and the condo has what you need for the beach (toys, umbrella etc.) We found Cocoa Beach to be a good location for the beach plus access to Disney, Kennedy Space Center and St. Augustine.

My birthday getaway with the guys softball tournament
I cannot express how happy I was with Jennifer and her condo! She is one of the bests hostesses I've ever had and hoping to have the opportunity to come back again for a future stay. It was clean, beautiful, spacious! The construction was not a problem at all. Didn't disturb the view one bit. I had an amazing birthday weekend there!!!

Fabulous time
This condo is exactly as the photos show with amazing views. The kitchen was very nicely stocked with a few basic spices. Basic starter supplies were provided which was helpful. Bedrooms are good size; we had plenty of room for our six adults and did not feel cramped at all. Jennifer was very quick to respond to any questions. Contactless check in and out was very easy. Will definitely stay here again.

To the Owner, This was our second visit to your beautiful condo and we planned a 3rd trip, until checkout. Your hostess rudely accused us of stealing and breaking items. We are a family of Professionals and are honest and responsible, and told your hostess we did not break or steal anything. We would like to book again , but request that you replace the hostess. Jennifer was rude
The place lacked quality and Jennifer was rude in all aspects of interaction. She even complained that the place was not perfectly ready for the next guests. We did our best with cleaning for over an hour and left extra beach towels and body boards for the next users and all she did was whjne.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!
I have so many good things to say about this property/experience, I don’t even know where to begin… First, Jennifer the property manager was fantastic! From the time I booked through the end of our stay, her communication and attentiveness was outstanding! The property is absolutely beautiful, and the space was perfect for my family. We couldn’t believe how much space there was, and it’s stocked with all the basics and then some. The balcony views are stunning, and we were even able to see a rocket launch right from the balcony during our stay! There are tons of restaurants and stores within walking distance, and there is even a book of food and attractions in the unit for those who don’t know the area. This is the third time my wife and daughter and I have stayed in Cocoa Beach, and this was by far our favorite place - my mom and dad and niece (first time visitors) loved it too! Next time we visit, we will definitely be looking this place up again! Our time in Cocoa Beach could not have been better! Thank you - we’ll be back!!!

Very disappointing experience
The condo was very dirty when we arrived, carpet was very stained and candy wrappers of peanut butter was found under my child’s bed. She has a very strong peanut allergy so that was disappointing to find when we first got there. We are being charged for things we didn’t even do or use so that is disappointing. This experience was nothing like our experience last year with a great host who even brought us more blankets. Will not stay at this location again with this host as they were less than accommodating to our needs for the money that we paid to stay here. They have an extensive list of things to do when yup check out so what is the point of paying a cleaning fee if we are doing it ourselves. The Murphy bed sheets were very stained and ripped and my son had no choice but to use them.

Family vacation
We had a wonderful vacation and this rental at Cocoa Beach is beautiful. There seemed to be a lot of strict-ish rules but understand that sometimes they are needed. Our family enjoyed everything. Thankful to share this time and home with the grand babies.

This was our first stay in Cocoa Beach, and it did not disappoint. The condo was very nice and ideally located. Beach access and pool were great, and the balcony view outstanding. Perfect Oceanview!
We had an amazing time, despite the hurricane! Jennifer was really kind and helpful and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
