This is important if you want to enjoy outdoor areas at night like the pool, seating, firepit, etc. without having to worry about the state wide Florida 'turtle season' lighting restrictions.

You are staying at a large house on an double wide beach lot in Cocoa Beach with panoramic views of the beach from nearly every room in the house. The width of this lot contributes to the private resort feeling!

This home is perfect for a multi-generational vacation or an intimate celebration of a special date or group reunion, etc.

This is a brand new listing, new furniture, plenty of toys!

Dining room - boasts a giant table for 12. Eat your meals while watching the waves. Open the sliders and drop the powered screens and you're dining Al Fresco!

Living space - has a 75" Ultra HD Smart TV, couches, recliners, and a poker table/game table. Enjoy it all while taking in a view of the ocean!

Kitchen - has tons of counter space, plenty of cabinets, and separate coffee bar area, six stools on the eat-in bar. Take in the view while you prepare a magnificent meal. Everything you can possibly think you will need is included in the kitchen including instant pot, crock pot, cook wear, baking and cooking dishes, blender, flat griddle, etc.

Rec Room - this room is waiting for tons of fun with giant sectional sofa, bean bag chairs, massage recliner, 85" TV, pool table with ping/pong top converter. The young and old alike will love this bonus room!

THE BEDROOMS
This beach house boasts five bedrooms and eight total separate beds.
All bedrooms have large flat screen smart TVs and new designer furniture.

Suite 1 - Key Largo - The Primary Suite with king bed has a private ocean facing balcony, a sitting area with sleeper sofa, and huge en suite primary bathroom with extra large walk-in rain shower and huge walk-in closet. This suite alone can sleep a family of four plus a crib.

Suite 2 - Coconut Palm - This ocean facing suite has a king sized bed, a huge picture window framing the waves and our coconut palms and a private en suite bathroom with huge walk-in rain shower.

Suite 3 - Bahama Sand - This ground floor king suite has a walk-out private patio with easy access to the hot-tub, a desk with a smart printer and a shared en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower and bidet. (Perfect for those who don't want to do stairs!)

Suite 4 - Below Deck - This fun bunk room has a set of full bunk beds perfect for kids or grown ups! en-suite bathroom shared with suite 3 makes these two rooms perfect for a family.

Suite 5 - The Love Nest or Nanny's Quarters - this king suite is in a separate part of the home for extra privacy (wink) ! A huge private en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and walk-in closet ( big enough for a crib ).

PLUS! There is an eighth bed which is a queen size sleeper sofa in the rec room!

OUTDOOR SPACES
A beautiful pool to refresh yourself after a long day on the beach! This home is one of only a few houses on the beach with a pool! New landscaping, tons of patio and deck areas, outdoor dining area, multiple outdoor relaxation areas, hammock, three fire pits two gas one wood, a Weber gas grill and a giant sized hot tub!

Help yourself to our stand up paddle board, surf boards, boogie boards, corn hole, spike ball!

Other things to note
This home is seven blocks from downtown cocoa beach. Close enough to walk there on the sand, but far enough that you don't have the noise or traffic of downtown.

One thing you should know is that the beach here is blissfully quiet as there is only one pay parking lot that only has ten spots. Mostly quiet locals on the beach at this end. The crowds are farther north where the hotels and condos are located. You honestly feel like you are at your own private exclusive beach.

Beautiful home and view with beach access…everything you could want to do is either provided or close. Convenient to 4th Street Fillin Station for welcome dinner and Fin Expeditions for bioluminescent kayaking. Homeowner was very responsive…even found some expensive items we left and arranged the returns. Perfect home for the perfect wedding weekend…will bring family to stay again. Perfect location!
This is the perfect beach house with all that you need. We had a group of 13 and there was more than enough room for everyone. Beach access is great and the pool is clean. Great communication with the owner. We had a problem with the door alarms and the pool alarm. She came over and replaced the door alarms then called in the pool company to fix the pool alarm. Great experience and we would love to stay here again!

The "wow" factor!
We loved everything about our stay at this oceanfront home. From the moment you walk in the door, the open views of the ocean make you say "wow!" We were a group of 9 ladies from all over the country (from Alaska to right there in Cocoa Beach), and we all felt like we were a million miles from home on our women's wellness retreat. The house was welcoming with a personalized note, snacks and drinks, coffee, games, ping pong/pool table, poker table, hot tub, beach chairs/toys, boogie boards, surf boards, and so many spaces to relax both indoors and outdoors. Everyone mentioned how comfortable their bed was, and the house was very well stocked with anything we could think of. I would definitely stay here again!

I was at this property with my children and grandchildren. There were 12 of us in total. We had an absolutely wonderful experience. The beach and ocean were beautiful and the house was spectacular. it was so well equipped that there was some thing for everyone to do. There were beach toys and sun umbrellas for the very little ones as well as boogie boards, ping-pong, and pool for the older ones. I would highly recommend this rental for anyone who wants to get away with their family and have lots to do.

Perfect Spring Break trip
We've stayed at many VRBOs and this one was our favorite! Lots of space, comfy beds, equipped with everything(lots of beach supplies and towels so don't over pack beach stuff) and best of all the pool, hot tub, fire pits and the outdoor living space. The view is fantastic! Kids surfed all day(took lessons from Rich Best), used the pool, hot tub, fire pits, enjoyed the views, went to Coconuts, ordered in pizza one night from Mangia & Bezi and saw a launch! Thank you for making our family trip and memorable one. We'll be back!

This House Has It All
The house was well-maintained and exceeded our expectations. From the personalized welcome note and snack basket to the stocked fridge with sodas and water and helpful communications before and during our stay. Everything we needed was provided, including hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, plenty of toilet paper, fresh towel sets (for bath and pool), basic spices, and fully stocked kitchen supplies. The TVs are large and had no technical issues, the beds are super comfy, and the best part is the panoramic beach views from the living and dining room. There are 2 large sofas, and the layout works perfectly for large groups to have privacy and their own bathrooms. The pool is in the front of the house, where it’s less windy and warmer in the afternoon, and the hot tub was a nice spot to relax. There is a closet with plenty of outdoor activities and a wide range of board and card games for our group to play after dark. We took advantage of the boogie boards, ping pong, and poker table. The location is close enough to all the action (about a 15-minute walk) but just far enough away to feel quiet and uncrowded. We had 2 cars, and it was a pretty tight squeeze in the driveway. I recommend backing in so it's easier to get out with the gate since you must open/close when leaving and exiting on a busy street. Overall we would highly recommend and are already planning a return back next year!

This beautiful house has everything!
Great house and location. Pool and hottub. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Homeowner supplied so much- bikes, spikeball, pool table and pingpong- amenities galore. Beautiful Beach Home with thoughtful touches!
This beach house has it all! We comfortably stayed for a weekend with family members ages infant to 72 under one roof and enjoyed all of the amenities and thoughtful touches this home has to offer. The beach, pool, fire pit and hot tub were the big hits but there are also several games, outdoor sport equipment, beach supplies, and a game room/ theater to chill and relax after a day in the sun. The hostess was very responsive and friendly. Everything in the home is organized and labeled so there is nothing left questioned. We would recommend this place to any and all. Thank you for a great stay!

House was in excellent condition, well stocked kitchen, pantry, and bathrooms. Hostess provided a snack basket and beverages. A lot of living areas to spread out. Convenient location to restaurants, shops, and grocery store. Pool was clean and maintained, lots of pool and beach toys and equipment available. Beach was an easy walk. Spring break trip!
We stayed for 5 nights over spring break and had a great time! House was plenty big with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. From sand toys to surf boards and chairs to a fully stocked kitchen with utensils, pots and pans and even reusable yeti like glasses we didn’t need to bring much! Rooms and bathrooms are large and having the pool and beach was a bonus! We would stay again!

WOW. One of the best!
This is our new favorite vacation house and beach!! The house is beautiful and has everything you need and more and more than ever expected. Michelle the host is amazing and recommended great restaurants and seafood market! We visited Kennedy Space Center which is a must for adults and kids. We also were able to see 2 rocket launches during the week from the house/beach. I could go on for ever that we loved it!!!! We can’t wait to return and return and return!!!
