February visit
This condo was the most well stocked place I have ever stayed at. Everything from beach towels and chairs to laundry detergent to k cups and spices and more. It is steps away from the boardwalk to the beach. The owner was very easy to communicate with and gave very thorough directions. Condo was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Great beachfront location, clean and comfortable, convenient to everything! Affable hosts, nice condo community and a pool. Two bedrooms and two baths were ideal. Nicely redone kitchen- nicely equipped.Literal steps to the beach and you can hear the waves!

2023 Escape
This was our first time visiting the East Coast of Florida! The condo was perfect! It is steps to beach and there is a view of the ocean. The space is updated and immaculate. The owners have thought of every amenity, inside and out. All four of our group were impressed with the location, a great spot to watch a rocket launch! We very much enjoyed our vacation. Many thanks to the owners for the use of their home.

This condo was perfect for our trip. The host is fantastic and much more was provided/available than expected. They seem to have thought of everything! This unit was very clean and recently renovated. As listed, it is very close to the beach. I don't know that there is more convenient beach access in the area. This experience exceeded all of my expectations. I highly recommend.

Really nice property and great owners to work with. So only one thing to be aware of. The stove, which looks new, has knobs on the front. Twice I accidentally bumped up against them while preparing food and they turned on without my knowing. Just keep an eye out and don’t leave thing on the stove surface. Other than that, solid rental!

All the comforts of home in paradise
Wow what a property!! First off the owners are great to work with. Great communication every step of the way. Expectations are clearly outlined for taking care of their property. Second the place is beautiful and every effort has been made to make this property feel like home. The owners have everything you could possibly need to help you have a good time. From beach equipment to a well stocked kitchen to emergency items we may have needed. This property has it all. Third is location. Literally the beach is steps from the door. Plus we did not have to travel far for our desired activities. From dinners to visiting the Ron John Surf shop to a short trip to the Kennedy Space Center where we got to see a rocket launch. We were even able to enjoy a front row seat to the Cocoa Beach fireworks display from the comfort of the patio. Definitely a vacation we will all remember.

Little piece of paradise
This was our second stay at the condo, and it did not disappoint. The location is amazing! You walk out the back door and beach access entrance is right there. Many of the condos in this development require the use of a key to enter and leave through a gate-this unit is within the gate so no need to deal with the lock that is tricky to work and the need to carry keys with you to and from the beach. The condo itself was so wonderfully stocked with everything you need. We flew into nearby Sanford Airport and didn’t need to bring a thing with us. We cooked most meals in the condo and it had everything we needed from pots and pans, to leftover baggies and plastic containers. There were plenty of everyday items there as well such as garbage bags, toilet paper and dish soaps. The kitchen was redone this year and it has plenty of counter space, cupboard space, and a big, beautiful eating island. It is very well stocked with beach ware such as towels, toys, beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. Peter and Kathryn were very easy to communicate with and checked on us (via text) after we had checked in, which was appreciated. This beautiful place is quickly becoming our summer vacation “go-to” spot!

The Perfect Location
I almost don't want to post this review because I don't want this place to always be booked - we plan to come back! :) We had an absolutely incredible stay in Cocoa Beach. The location of this condo can not be beat - it's on the ground floor and right next to the walkway to the beach. We traveled with our three small children, and it was incredible to be able to easily walk back and forth between our place and the beach (because inevitably we'd forget something!) and to be able to just sit on the porch and relax to the sounds of the ocean during naptime. The condo is also a short walk to so many great places. Our kids loved the nearby park, and we had fun walking to Ron Jon's and even mini-golf. The condo itself was in amazing condition and there wasn't a single thing that was missing that we needed. We were SO grateful it was so fully stocked and had so many fun things available to use! My oldest son lit up when he found a football he could use to play on the beach. The kitchen and living room appear to be newly remodeled and I left wanting a brand new sink for my own home I liked it so much. Peter was easy to work with and made the entire VRBO experience flawless! Thank you! Highly recommend this place.

Our favorite vacation
This is our 2nd time staying here, and its by far our favorite vacation! We have already decided that we will do everything we can to allow us to make this trip an annual thing for our family. Communication is wonderful with host, always quick and informative. The house is clean, and located perfectly for what we are looking for. 10/10, we wjll definitely use this house again!

Little piece of paradise
This is our 3rd year staying here and it feels like “coming home” every year! We just love this condo! The location could not be better. Just walk out your back door and the beach is right there waiting for you. The beach is never crowded and we love having the ability to come and go as we please. The condo has everything needed to make it a comfortable and easy stay. Peter is very good with communicating everything before your stay and leaves very detailed and well laid out information. The condo complex has an old-school charm to it. We love the large pool and the pickle ball courts. We feel sad everytime we leave because we always have the best time while we’re there!

We had a blast here I highly recommend this place all you have to do is bring your clothes and tooth brush and bathing suits and of course food . We all felt comfortable and at home here we all had a wonderful time ❤️ the condo was great all you have to see the ocean it's right there you can also see it from the condo it's amazing to sit and listen to the ocean as well .If you want somewhere please go here.
