One block to beach, spacious 3 bdrm, private bathrooms, beach items, longboard

Two new units available : Luna and Sol. Both units are close to 2000 sq ft and have 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths with each bedroom having its own private bathroom. The master suite in both units has a Kohler tub and walk in shower. All bedrooms have a balcony. The duplex is 1 block from the beach and footsteps away from Dunkin Donuts, Publix grocery and restaurants. The Pier is very close by and offers a bar, restaurants and shopping. Other features include granite countertops, 10 ft ceilings, lots of natural light, nicely finished floors and private garages.

Property was excellent and in a great location. Communications with the owner were great. The only complaint was that we couldn’t adjust the thermostat and it got pretty cold in the house when the weather changed.

5 guys show up with no vrbo experience. Couldn’t be better!!!! Our host arranges for an early checkin all on his own. The facility is easy to find, clean and has everything we need to get going, even coffee for the next morning.

Excellent place to enjoy the beach!
This place is really peaceful. Lots of space inside, really roomy and the rooms are laid out pretty cool, with each room having its own shower and restroom with and extra half bath downstairs. Great place to relax after the beach or long day out shopping.

Labor Day Cocoa
Great place. clean & comfortable. Everything was in good shape. Kitchen was well equipped. Owner had some nice beach stuff available for us to use. Publix and many restaurants, go-carts, arcade & mini golf all within 4 blocks. My only issue was that the thermostat was locked and we couldn't change the house temp. Not letting your guest set a temperature they would prefer was too much an issue for our group. It was really a nice place in a good location but, I probably won't stay here again because of the locked thermostat.

We ❤️ Cocoa Beach!
We loved our stay in Cocoa Beach and would definitely come back. Everything is within walking distance, from the beach to restaurants to a local Publix.

Fun Family Vacation
Very clean and spacious property! Super comfy beds! Great location for getting to the beach, grocery store and restaurants! The only downfall was the smell of the trash by the garage entrance from the restaurant next door!

My family had an amazing time here! My daughter learned to surf and we really enjoyed the foosball table at the home. Publix, restaurants and beach are all within walking distance. The pier is also amazing! Great house and stay!

Great location and area
We came down for a short trip to the beach and to the Kennedy Space Center. The house is very spacious and right in the heart of a lot activities, a lot are walkable. Greg is easy to connect with and made the entire process smooth!

We enjoyed our 1 week stay. Easy access to the beach. Private baths for every bedroom iwas appreciated for our family, 2 couples and 1 single adult. Clean rooms and simple decor. Large family area downstairs. Access and checkout were painless. Owner was helpful and easy to work with.

Great house, fantastic location!
3 couples rented the house together and we had a wonderful time. It was large enough that we didn’t feel crowded. The house was extremely clean and well stocked. Great location! The beach was a block away and many restaurants and the pier were in walking distance. Greg, the owner, was very responsive to our needs.

Beautiful, clean house, close to beach.
The house was perfect for our stay. Very spacious, clean, and within walking distance to the beach. Loved each bedroom having their own bathroom. The kitchen had just enough cookware for our cooking needs for the week. The garage was stocked with beach chairs and toys so that we didn't have to bring our own. Would definitely stay here again! A+++

Perfect Beach Stay
Property is new and well maintained. Check-in was easy and host was responsive when we asked for the AC not to be so cold at night. We enjoyed 2 rocket launches while here for a family wedding. Beaches were far less crowded than other areas of Florida in June. Only negative is that a step stool is needed to reach the controls on the dryer had I planned to do laundry.

Amazing House!
My family and I stayed here over Christmas and New Years and we were not disappointed! This house is exactly how the pictures show. Plenty of room for everyone and a prime location. Although it was unusually cold at the start of our stay and we ended up spending more time in Orlando than we did in Cocoa Beach we would choose this place all over again. Greg was awesome, great with communication. I would recommend this property 100000% and cannot wait to return!
