This charming two-bedroom condo has a private balcony with ocean views and is perfect for a family getaway or a get-together with friends. It is delightfully decorated and cozy, with enough space for everyone. The primary bedroom includes an en-suite bath and a king bed. The living room also provides additional guest space with a murphy bed. After a long day on the beach and playing in the waves, head back inside to take advantage of the full kitchen to cook a meal, stay in, relax, and enjoy a movie on the living room's large flatscreen TV. This oceanfront complex is located right on the beach, within walking distance of a bakery, a cafe, a barbecue restaurant, a shaved ice shop, and a juice bar. You can also dine on local seafood at Coconuts on the Beach, a few blocks south, or take an easy 23-mile drive to the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex. The historic Cocoa Beach Pier is three miles north, and the Port Canaveral Cruise Port is only five miles farther.

Great unit - property exterior 2 stars
Having read some previous reviews I knew there was a wild-card on the "construction" that others had noted. Unfortunately, our stay coincided with the pre-paint stage of the exterior of all buildings - meaning everything was patched and there were big patch areas of different colors etc all over the exterior of the building but paint had not yet been done. Thankfully, we were in town for work and this didn't matter much to us but had I booked for a vacation - it absolutely would have mattered. The reason I still gave 5 stars is that the unit itself was perfect. Impeccably clean, well-decorated and nicely appointed. It's also worth noting that even though the front of the property looked extremely rough, the back was an unobstructed - stunning view of the beach and the Atlantic. All in all, we had a good stay - but again - we weren't there for vacation - didn't care about the condition of the pool, etc. If we had been on vacation, the beach would have been the only place we could have been without looking at a lot of dirty, patched, unpainted and unsightly buildings and parking areas. I would stay there again - and I would vacation there - just not until I could confirm the construction is complete. ;)

Highly Obstructive Views and You Need Your Keys
Keys: Entrance around the building, gates, ocean (coming and going,) and the pool. Very easy to get locked out of the building & gates - Building: The building is run down and needs some work. - Pool: The pool was clean and was helpful with small kids. You will need your keys - Parking: Parking is under the unit in the garage. Bonus points for the shopping charts to move your stuff from the car to your unit - Trash: Never figured it out - the trash chute was locked and no key worked - Beach/Pool supplies: Nice bit of chairs, pool/beach items for the whole family - Views: Highly obstructive views and lots of green vs. ocean - Kitchen: All cooking items were there - Dining/Living Room: Plenty of seating and space - Main Bedroom: Lots of space and a very comfortable bed - 2nd Bedroom: Great for 2 small kids or another adult couple and perfect for that size. The guest bathroom works well and well-equipped. (Would love 2 twin beds vs. a queen - personal choice.) - Balcony: Clean and the chairs are very wobbly. - Ocean: You either walk around the whole building or walk through the garage side door - walk up a steep stair, through a locked gate (You will need your keys to get in and out of the gate) down very steep and wobbly stairs, and about another 100 yards to the ocean. 5 min walk from condo door to your feet in the ocean water - Overall, it served our family but would not stay again - Views, access to the ocean, building, not near a whole lot - one-and-done for us.

Perfect for thunder on Cocoa Beach boat races.
Good location. Exterior of bldg is being repaired etc. Nice and Clean interior. TV wi fI and remotes are not in proper setting's, it took over night to get them to operate properly. Tried to contact local management and never heard back from them. Only received a reply pertaining to parking information. The front door code to enter the building did not take the code given, and many other people staying here had the same issues. IT DOES NOT WORK! This needs to be addressed. A kind stranger let me in once I explained the problem. Kitty welcomed us out back. All in all it served it’s purpose.

Great location walk to many restaurants and shops The unit was upgraded but the complex is very outdated. The code to get in the building did not work after walking around the building for several minutes, an owner of a unit noticed me and asked if I needed help and came downstairs and let me in. I contacted Vacasa and got an (AI) may I help you text after several back and forth attempts to explain my problem I called the 800 number and explained the issues, she told me she would contact the local Vacasa person and they would call me Saturday morning, I'M STILL WAITING FOR THE CALL. The elevator was down after the first day,the building is in need of repairs, the glass atrium outside our door leak,neither are the owners fault. But the fans and lights in the living room and master bedroom were a challenge to operate, the remotes were taped together, once we got them on it was difficult to turn them off. TV remotes in bedroom one for cable and one for TV volume (very confusing) The freezer had a sign that read No Ice Maker but there were NO ice trays either, which required purchase of a bag of ice and carry up two flights of stairs. Next time we go to Coco Coco we will stay two blocks away and not with Vacasa.

Great location! Awesome view!
My family loved this property and the Cocoa Beach area! The 2BR/2BA 1st floor condo was perfect for our mini vacation. The decor was beachy and modern. The beds were cozy. There is a smart TV in the living room, and both bedrooms have TVs with cable. The best part of our stay was the great beach view!!! Both the living room and Master Bedroom overlooked the beautiful blue coast of Cocoa Beach. I couldn't stop looking outside!! We were even lucky enough to catch a Space X rocket launch! Communication with the Vacasa family was prompt! We were even eligible to check in early! I would definitely book this property again!

Perfect condo!
We absolutely loved this condo. The pictures don’t do it justice. Beautiful clear view of the beach. Walking distance to so many restaurants, especially our favorite Coconuts is 1 block away (great happy hour!) Condo had everything we needed including beach and bath towels and plenty of beach toys and chairs. Underground parking space was great too. Wonderful clean stretch of beach in front of the condo. Not too crowded, life guard station right there. If our travels bring us back to Cocoa this will be our spot to stay again!

We never stayed. I canceled as soon as we saw the place. The place did not look like the pictures at all. It looked unsafe. Even the taxi driver did not want to leave us there. There wasn’t one car in site like it was vacant. Windows we’re all clouded over I want a full refund. My vacation was Ruined!! I have spoken to at least three representatives trying to cancel and I tried online. Please respond!!

Nice place, lots of space. And by space, I mean SpaceX because we were surprised on our last morning with a 4:40am launch from right up the road. We watched it feom the balcony but could've gone to the beach. Great stay right on the beach with a big bang at the end. Fun!

Nice location and great view. Broken toilet seat, but rest of the condo was nice. Only problem….the master bed was incredibly uncomfortable and left us with back pain for a week. Had to sleep on the Murphy bed :(

This property was exactly as advertised. Perfect location, right on the beach. Very nice and clean inside the condo. The property manager was very nice and welcoming. If we ever head back to Cocoa Beach we will absolutely choose to stay there again.

Nice condo with beach views
This is a lovely 2-bedroom condo right on the beach. Even though it's the first floor with lots of plants between it and the beach, you can easily see the beach from the condo. It is nicely appointed and decorated. Plenty of towels in the master bath. Easy parking (no garage). The only things on my wish list for this (changeable or not) is I wish there was a way to get to the beach from the back of the building instead of going out front and around. The beds (at least the one in the master) are too soft to give proper support, so I didn't sleep as well as normal. And the AC seems due for some serious attention. There's a sign saying it freezes below 72, which I understand if it's really a way to keep people from blasting the AC too much. But it shouldn't freeze if it's in good shape. It wasn't working for us upon check-in cuz it needed the drain pipes cleared some (it's a FL thing). It made the AC work again, but I'm betting it needs a truly professional and thorough cleaning. Having said all that, I'd love to stay here again. My cousin has already asked about renting it again in the future.

The best part is the view of the ocean and beach access. Unfortunately, the property needs some minor maintenance. There were little issues here and there: a broken lamp, broken deck chair, broken toilet seat, tiny bugs in the kitchen. Also, there are a couple of beach shack style bar/grills next door that have live music until late at night. The space, however, is great. It’s a nice condo.

The condo is located in a perfect place. It is a beautiful condo on the inside. Everything is very clean. I works definitely book this condo. When we got the information about checking in their never sent the condo number. So once we got their we had a wait a while to find out which condo we were in. That was the only downside.

Great location!
We will definitely be back to this complex next year. Overall the condo was very nice, beautiful view of the beach. There are a few things that need to be repaired, TV’s in the bedrooms were not working, one of the patio chairs is broken, both beach chairs in the condo broken and I believe someone before us put food in the disposal that is broken because there is a foul smell in the sink. Minor issues but wanted to bring to your attention so repairs could be made. And we would of started a load of laundry but no soap.
