Welcoming and safe place to stay
My children and I were welcomed by the residents and treated kindly throughout our stay. The property felt very safe. As a single mom, I was very grateful for the feeling of comfort and safety. My kids and I had a very relaxed week. The property was very well maintained and we loved the convenience of the pool and beach. We would definitely return to this property in the future!

Great Condo, horrible property management
The condo is great. Everything you need for a beach vacation. Great location BUT the property management co is horrible. A few hiccups and they were almost non responsive. We were told the parking pass would be in the condo. When we arrived and couldn’t find one we called. There was no response for hours until 2 mysteriously showed up while we were out on the beach. Then we noticed the AC wasn’t working and another call. The local management co did not respond until late in the afternoon of our 2nd day. They sent someone while we were at dinner. After we returned, we noticed it was blowing but not AC air which resulted in us calling again only to be told it could not be fixed within next few days. Had we not called they would not have told us this. They said our options were to move the next morning or a partial refund. We decided on the refund since the ceiling fans at least made it tolerable I asked about the refund but again no response, I called again on our last morning and was told no ticket had been put in for the refund so they had to contact the local company again. Finally, I got a response from the local company and said the partial refund had been put in, but no indication on the amount , we learned later that it was less than $100. I do not think I will rent another place managed by Vacasa

Good but could communicate better
Condo was very clean and well stocked, plenty of extras. But we did not have a beach umbrella which we had asked if there one there before we booked and we assured there would be one there. Also no parking pass was left for us we messaged the owner 3 times but had no reply.

This property was great. Very clean and welcoming. There were extras included in the property that made it nice. Very close to the beach with a great view from the balcony.

Not a fun first 4 days
I walked into a VERY dirty condo, used washrags and towels, all garbage cans were full including bathrooms which were disgusting. Toilet had been used and not flushed which also had tons of flies in it. Floors had not been swept. I ended up cleaning the entire place MYSELF as well as doing the laundry. THE WORST PART was the air conditioner was broken and after calling Vacasa to complain, we found out that they ALREADY KNEW ABOUT IT 3 DAYS BEFORE WE CHECKED IN AND THEY STILL RENTED IT OUT TO US!!! We had to open the windows and due to the humidity, the entire tile floor was wet and slippery ALL THE TIME and everything else including our clean clothes felt damp all the time. Finally we were told the AC would be fixed on Tuesday... so we had to waste and entire day of our vacation waiting for a repair man! I will NEVER use Vacasa again.
