RIGHT ON THE BEACH!...Great Cocoa Beach location, with a more private stretch of beach, but still in close proximity to Cocoa Beach Pier, and near the Port Canaveral cruise terminals. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo is spacious, bright, and mixes a new and retro look. It is a second floor unit, and has some views of the ocean from the living room and bedrooms. Since we are located on the beach, it's at your beckon call, morning, noon or night! Take a stroll, a swim, fish, or try a surf lesson . In the cooler weather, open a window and fall a sleep to the sounds of the ocean waves crashing on the beach. You can also have an excellent view of the frequent rocket launches without leaving the grounds! The condo is well appointed, with new appliances, smart TV's in the living room and bedrooms, and we have cable and wireless internet. The bedrooms have queen beds, and the couch folds out to a full size sleeper. For your convenience we have beach chairs, easy pop up shelter, a beach utility cart (to get your stuff out there), sand toys, a pack n play, boogie boards, and a skim board. There is also a fresh water shower station to rinse off when you leave the beach. If you have a larger group, we also can rent you a second condo in the same complex. See listing# 7121431

Great getaway
Great stay as we were going to board a cruise ship. Location is very close to coco beach, and all the great necessities were close by. Decently clean, and accurate to the listing. Both bedrooms were nice, with decent bedding. Great for two couples or a small family.

Great little stay
Although we only stayed for one night, everything we could have needed was here. The place was clean and tidy and well equipped. We headed straight for the beach made super easy by the chairs and beach equipment provided! The beds were comfortable and the TV was easy to use. Check in and out was seamless! The host was easy to contact! Should we return to the space coast we wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Truly Tranquil
If you're looking for a simple, clean, quiet condo with amazing views, close to many interestingl attractions and only steps from the beach then look no further, you've found it. Our home away from home was meticulously clean and had everything we needed. It was so quiet that you forgot there were ppl just across the wall. Parking was easy with a reserved spot for each condo. The pier is within walking distance but far enough away so that it's not crowded. We fell in love so much that is was hard to leave

Perfect for two nights
This property was perfect for the kids and I for two nights before boarding our ship. The condo is super close to the beach, short distance to the pier, grocery store, and restaurants. Great location to see any rockets launched if your timing is right! Would return!!

Great location, nice little place.
The location is hard to beat with this rental, right on the beach. The building is older with some redecorating inside, but it was clean and in good order. The property owner was friendly and easy to work with. Very nice to have two local building caretakers available in addition to owner if there are any problems.

The location of this condo can't be beat. Steps to the beach. The beach equipment was not quite as described in the listing, but overall the condo was clean, well maintained and had enough space for our family of 4.

Short vacation
This was just a short vacation for us before we went on our cruise. This was definitely perfect for my family and I. Very very short walk to the beach. This is what we needed for my younger kiddos. A great, peaceful beachfront stay
The location is right on the beach on a quiet street in a small, quiet building. The beach is fantastic. The unit is spacious, clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need for your stay. There is lots to see and do nearby including shops, restaurants and groceries. It's perfect for a park-at-the-beach-and-relax kind of vacation which is exactly what we were looking for. Communication with the owner was fast and easy. We would love to go back and are making plans for next year.

I loved our stay. It is right on the beach, reserved parking and such friendly people. It is clean from the parking lot to the condo. We had no loud noise, just a peaceful vacation. We were even blessed to see baby sea turtles hatch and make their way to their new life. This was one of the best condos we have rented in Cocoa Beach. We will be Back

Overall good experience. Located right on the beach. Reserved parking spot and easy access to room. We did have to message to ask how to check in and then again to ask how to check out because no instructions were received but received an answer quickly. Some dishes were unclean but that would be due to previous guest. Nice little space altogether 👍

Good short stay before our cruise
This was a great spot for 2 nights before our cruise. The beach is steps away, and the host provides a lot of great gear to use: chairs, boogie boards, buckets/sand toys, and more. We even got to see a launch from the beach on our first night, which was amazing! Mattress in one bedroom was extremely soft, but it was ok for just two nights. We are used to more supportive foam mattresses, so just a heads up about that. Otherwise it was a great short stay that met our needs, with great beach location, and solid price.

Horrible experience!
The property was under construction with loud buzz saw ect during day. I arrived to a condo that had not been cleaned and the shower had large clumps of long black hair in what was an extremely small shower with zero pressure. The master bed room had not been cleaned there was hair in the bed and eye lashes on pillows. There was dirty underwear left in drawers. I wrote property. Manager to complain w no answer so had to go buy sheets while family went to beach 🙃. The manager sent someone to change sheets while I was out but they did not clean shower. When I finally used the bathroom for first time we noticed the toothbrush shelf was cracked and didnt use even taking a photo of it to prove. Upon check out we were charged $60 dollars for a broken toothbrush shelf. I would not recommend renting this place! If it hadn't been for the tournament we were there for I would have checked out and gone home.
