You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

2 private entrances- Across from the beach roughly100 yds.

This is the perfect home if you are traveling with friends, grandparents or in need of a private workspace while others are at the beach. The north end of the home features a suite with it's own outside entrance as well as a passthrough within the house. The beach is located right across the street. Walk along the sidewalk to all of Cocoa Beach downtown local favorite spots. Simply Delicious Café hosts an array of incredible pastries, Heidi's Jazz Club and so much more. The Pink House offers 3 bedrooms- 2 bathrooms, and 2 kitchens-. Extremely spacious. The master suite features a sitting area with couch, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with washer and dryer. Walking through the interior door brings you to the main side of the home. Here you will see a kitchen, dinning room table, sleeper sofa with smart TV, full bathroom and two bedrooms featuring vanities and smart tv's.

The privacy fence in the back yard allows for the little ones to play while the adults hang out on the oversized covered patio. Your group will be the only one on the property. Flashing light crosswalk to access the beach.

This house was a quick walk to downtown restaurants and the beach. Worked out perfect for my family and my parents to spend a week together.

We had a great experience and Janice was very responsive when we reached out. The beach access point was very close to the house and just as described. The house was clean and there was a washer and dryer and plenty of space, games and activities for families. Would def stay here again. Great location.

Great place and location.

We rented this house for our family vacation. It was very clean and plenty of room for 6 of us. It was a very short walk to the beach. They had plenty of beach towels, beach wagon, and other beach accessories that we were able to use. Walking distance to all kinds of restaurants and coffee shops. We will stay again.

The only thing I hate is we could not stay longer! Perfectly located and very clean with lots of extras to help make our short stay even better! Easy to follow instructions for traversing the property and amenities! Beach is practically across the street! We are already checking the calendar to plan a return!

nice place and good location

Very nice private property but close to lots of stores/restaurants and the beach. Property owner needs to provide instructions for air conditioning took us a long time and unfortunately a personal visit from property manager (who was terrific by the way) to cool the place down. Nice to have beach chairs etc but larger beach towels would be great and maybe a few staples in the kitchen like tea/coffee/sugar plastic wrap/foil to make it a little easier for a short beach getaway. Would definitely recommend and stay again if visiting Cocoa Beach.

Generally good place

Overall a great place. My husband and I stayed on the small side, our teens stayed on the big side. I loved that! The location was great, being on the edge of the downtown, and generally it was well stocked. There wasn't much TP and Kleenex, and things were a little tired. Scuffs, peeling paint, flat cushions, stained towels. Horrible warped, scratched pans. Thermostats didn't work well. I didn't love that we were asked to strip the beds, start laundry and take out garbage cans before leaving. But really the place was cute and very functional. I liked how private the back yard was and the parking was awesome. Would stay there again.

Great getaway!

Very clean and comes with most everything you will need. Easy walk to the beach and several worthy restaurants of varying price points. Feels private and is quieter than I expected. We had a great time!
