They typically restore a small section of beach in phases and we are closely monitoring the project to be able to notify guests of schedule changes and nearest beach access as necessary. A stone's throw from the famous Cocoa Beach Pier, this 1500 square foot beachfront condo is the perfect place for your getaway. Renovated from top to bottom with style and comfort in mind. Please note there are stairs in the unit!

Step into the gourmet open concept kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters and lots of natural light. From there, you can step into the spacious living room that overlooks the stunning beach, or relax on the couch watching a show on the huge 60" Smart TV. There is a convenient powder room next to the kitchen and dining room, as well as in suite laundry and a closet with beach chairs and toys for the family to enjoy.

The living room walks out onto the large balcony that faces east over the beach, roaring waves, and the Cocoa Beach Pier.

Upstairs you will find three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. All of the bedrooms have large flatscreen Smart TV's for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite, The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and the second has two twins. There is also a queen blow up mattress that plugs into the wall and a twin cot in the closet for additional sleeping.

The condo is very centrally located right near the Pier - with restaurants and activities within walking distance. The is also a large heated pool and putting green right at the complex to enjoy.

There are tons of activities and attractions very nearby including the Cocoa Beach Pier (0.1 miles), Ron Jon's Surf Shop, Downtown Cocoa Beach, Kennedy Space Center, Brevard Zoo, Historic Cocoa Village and Disney/Orlando airport is only 45 minutes away!

Ocean front property with nice views from the living area. Issues with the living room TV not working and shutting off randomly but other then that it was a nice stay. Note: Narrow stairs to bedrooms so if traveling with a senior like we were it might not work

Highly Recommend!
My family loved our stay at the Cocoa Beach Club! The condo was the perfect size for what we needed, and you couldn't beat the easy access to the beach. The condo was located near plenty of restaurants and different things for us to do while we visited. If we decide to travel back to Cocoa Beach for a future vacation, we'll definitely look to stay at the Cocoa Beach Club again!

Condo becoming a little dated inside, could use paint, wallboard repairs and caulking in showers. Location to pier, town, restaurants and beach were excellent. 1st class view of sunrise and rocket launches. Taylor, our liaison was outstanding as she checked in with us almost daily.

We stayed at cocoa beach club for a week at Christmas time. Really loved the size of the condo! Perfect for our family of four. Beautiful beach front location with awesome views. Pool was very well maintained. Communication with Taylor was great! Will be staying here again.

We had a great week. The condo was very clean. We really enjoyed the view of the ocean from the balcony. We were able to see two rocket launches from the beach which were fantastic. We will definitely stay again.

We had a great experience! Check-in was simple. Parking spot was right by condo. Condo fit our family of 6 easily. The way to the beach was simple, easy, and brief which is important when taking four kids to the beach. The pool was nice. Great spot in cocoa beach!

I loved this property so much that I inquired about purchasing a unit there permanently. I did not want to leave. The complex is the best part of my stay. It is small and quaint and not a lot of people. If the real estate market/prices ever lower, I will buy a unit here.

Absolutely perfect!
The condo exceeded our expectations. Our family of 6 fit very comfortably into the space. A great direct view of the ocean and a very short walk to the beach. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect vacation. Management was quick to respond to a question regarding the door lock. Grocery store and restaurants near by. A quick and easy commute to the airport and Disney. We will return to this property and happy to recommend it to others.

Great property and location!
The 3BR unit is right on the beach with a short walk to the pier! Unit was furnished with nice furniture, nice linens with plenty of beach towels (6-8), 3 nice quality beach chairs 2 nice umbrellas and lots of beach toys/games! We lived in the balcony eating meals from AM to PM! Full kitchen with lots pans, dishes and utensils AC worked great, hard wood flooring through out made it nice. Jaclyn provides swift, great service when there were questions. We would come back for sure!

An amazing stay!!
Oh boy, let me tell you about this amazing little slice of heaven! It was like a dream come true for my wife and me. We decided to give the VRBO app a shot for the first time, and were we blown away! We were searching for the apartment that had the most magnificent view of the Atlantic Ocean the moment you step out on the balcony. This cozy little home is absolutely amazing! It's got everything you need to feel right at home, from a fully stocked kitchen to a convenient washer and dryer. And guess what? You're just a stone's throw away from the beautiful beach, just a quick two-minute walk from your front door. Can you believe it? It's like a dream come true! The neighborhood around here is absolutely awesome! You won't believe the number of shops and entertainment options available. It's like a paradise for families! You can find everything you need to keep your family happy and entertained. Trust me, my family is definitely coming back to this place in the future.

Fan in master bathroom was crazy loud and the air conditioning didn’t work at all. If it had been hot we would have been sweating our butts off. There is a sign that reads if the doors and windows were open the air conditioner wouldn’t work but we never left doors or windows open for extended periods of time. Soo there’s that.

Paradise of the beach without the rat- race
Very nice updates to this somewhat aged property with the ocean at your fingertips. Great pool kept at a great temp if you don't want the pounding surf (also at a great temp! ). Perfect location across the street from a very well appointed shopping center with a Publix, and a nice variety of 4 or so eating places if you don't feel like cooking. The team who operate this property were top-notch!... keeping in good contact, assisting in changing our property when the original was going to be having renovations (which actually saved me a ton of money and got us into a much more pleasant atmosphere in the long run). They were EXTREMELY prompt and helpful with any question or assistance with all issues leading up to, and during our stay!!!

Post Partum Paradise
We took our trip to Cocoa Beach during the last week of our maternity and paternity leave. It was a trip to see friends and family and a much needed get away. This was an incredible place to stay. Everything was perfect. All of the stuff you would hope to have were provided I.e. internet, shampoo, coffee maker, etc. What we didn’t expect were beach chairs, lots of beach towels, an umbrella, laundry detergent, 2 much needed pack n plays, an extra cot, I could go on. The house was very clean and smelled like fresh laundry. The views were stunning and the service was fantastic. The pool is a good size and a nice addition to the beach location. All in all, this was one of the best places I’ve stayed and we hope to return!

Perfect place to bring your teens/kids!
The condo is lovely and tastefully decorated. The layout worked so well for us with all bedrooms upstairs, and all the common areas downstairs. Our girls shared a room and our boys shared a room. They all shared a bathroom. We truly enjoyed the separation of the split bedroom design and the master suite was much larger and nicer than expected! The condo is two doors down from the pier and Publix is like 1-2 mins away, so we couldn’t love the location more. The condos share a beach access w shower to shower off the sand per normal. I only mention this bc the water pressure of that beach shower is perfect!! Helped us track less sand into the condo and easily hose off the complimentary beach chairs and such. Zareh, the owner, was proactive, responsive, and so kind! Highly recommend this condo!

Great Condo, Location & View!
Wonderful stay!! My husband and I stayed at this condo for a week. We were fortunate to have had the best weather ever, especially for the end of October (just missed Hurricane Nicole by 4 days!). As I walked in, the first thing I noticed was the view from the balcony (second floor). It’s just a breathtaking view of Cocoa Beach! You are far enough away from the beach to have privacy, but yet you are close to it as well. We enjoyed observing spectacular sunrises, clear nights with sparkling stars and some ships out in the distance. The sound of the waves was very refreshing and relaxing to say the least. The condo itself is decorated as you see in the photos, very nice! The grounds are well manicured, along with a nice clean pool. We also had a carport which was close and convenient to our unit. Last but certainly not least, my contact, Zareh, was awesome!! Constantly checking in with me to see if we needed anything. He also let us know a rocket launch was going to take place (Falcon Heavy). Btw, great view of it from the beach (just north of the pier for best view, per Zareh, it was!). He was was professional, friendly and responded immediately with any questions I had. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked it again for next year… for two weeks. Thank you Zareh!!!!!!

Beautiful and clean
This property was spotless. 1 thing that really stood out was how clean the floors were. Sometimes when you stay at the beach the tile floor is always sandy, but not here. I was very impressed by that! Everything was exactly as pictured. Arrival was very easy with the keyless entry. I was very surprised to see some supplies at the condo. I had my own, but they had paper towels, trash bags, body wash, hand soap, shampoo & conditioner and several rolls of toilet paper. Most condos don't supply that stuff & if they do maybe just one trash bag or one roll of toilet paper. That was a very nice touch. Absolutely loved that a smart TV was in each room. Makes it easy if you're traveling with others. The kitchen had most of what we needed. For breakfast I wish I packed a pan for breakfast just to speed things up since we couldn't cook eggs & bacon or pancakes at the same time. Not a huge issue though, but wish I would have known there was only 1 frying pan ahead of time. I received an email with things to do in the area which I thought was helpful, but we didn't go out much other than the beach & pool. The view is beautiful from the balcony and the property overall was very nice. We didn't have any issues at all. The pool was a comfortable temperature and very quiet. Oh they have motion lights in the bathroom & I loved that. Especially if you're traveling with little ones or even older ones who may not be able to navigate unfamiliar places. Someone from the office emailed me a couple times just to check on things & to make sure I had his contact info. Excellent customer service! This place was amazing and we will definitely return soon.
