This place was great as always! Superb location right on the beach, comfortable, not too fancy. No wifi but that helped keep the teens off their devices so suits us. Beds are lovely and comfortable.

Spring get away in April
The condo was very clean and, spacious. The property manager Cathy Vot was very helpful. My husband and I had a wonderful vacation. We were very satisfied with the condo, and we would recommend this vacation rental. The smoke detectors are very sensitive so if cooking in put the exhuast fan on high to prevent the smoke detectors from going off for someone has to come to the property to turn them off.

Place was overall nice. Te view was as advertised. Strangely te pool was located in front of building parking lot. Not between building and ocean side. Therefore pool wa 100%vacant entire visit never saw any vacationers including our party. Ad also said beac umbrella /c. To be provided . Just rusted broken rusted on floor in garage of unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a lovely, sparkling clean condo with beautiful views of the ocean. Keep a sharp eye out and you too will see dolphins just off the coast. The bed in the master is comfortable (the only one we used) as is the furniture in the living room. The parking in the garage was convenient and we were happy to have an elevator. We didn't do much traveling around, preferring to enjoy the balcony and the beach, but this is a nice location with easy access to restaurants and shops if that is something that interests you. We are hoping to return later in the summer!

Beautiful location and access that needs some updates
The unit offered beautiful beach front views and easy beach access ... however ... updates would have made it perfect! Although the unit was clean and much better than actual property ... furniture, appliances, etc were quite dated and worn. The pool was dirty with sand and algae, and the ripped, dirty pool furniture could not be sat on. In summary, our stay was adequate since we got what we paid for. I guess it depends on how picky one is. The total experience was fine and enjoyed by my children who don't demand perfection. I wonder if the owner sees the property often.

Our Vacation Central Florida Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was my first time renting a Florida condo, and a special trip for me, as it was a long time promised trip with a close family member. Everything was as clean and beautiful as the pictures show, and the total trip was as wonderful and as pleasant as we had hoped. We could walk in the surf of the ocean every day...we saw a rocket launch from KSC and did all of the local area things we had planned to do. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials. The water in the baths and showers got as warm and hot as we needed. Sometimes the wi-fi could get a little clunky, but it seemed to get better as the week went on. We were able to see movies on Netflix easily...which was really all we needed in the evening. I was able to connect on a laptop with a radio station I need to schedule programming on daily, so overall...great. I would definitely recommend these folks to anyone and we plan on coming back again in the next year.

It was just okay
This place seemed perfect when we viewed it online. Once we got there we came to realize that it's a little bit run down. On the surface it's nice. However, the bar table in the kitchen seems like it's going to fall apart if you set anything on it. The beds all squeaked LOUDLY. As in, it would wake you up when you rolled over. The clothes iron hardly worked. We needed it to iron clothes for an important occasion and it took me about 2 hours to iron 4 things. It' should've only taken about 20 minutes. The electric kettle is rusted and the kitchen is lacking in some basic cooking supplies. The blinds in the master bedroom couldn't be closed because they were broken. Some of these were small, but frustrating inconveniences, however, when you are beachfront and the blinds don't close, you are up with the sunrise every morning. Just what I did not want while on vacation. I give it 3 stars because of all of this. If those things were addressed it could easily be a 5 star place.

We stayed at this beautiful condo over the weekend and it was absolutely stunning in every way. The location is absolutely perfect right on the beach not too many people with everything you need around it. The condo was extremely kept up with and the beds were so comfortable we will be back in a couple months to stay for a week, The pictures do not do it justice!!
