My first impression was oh no...this is just a motel..but after we went and opened the room to the condo it was unbelievable!!!! It was just as pictured...it was very quiet ..we relaxed, we ate, we laid on the beach and it was so gorgeous..everyone we encountered was very very friendly..the check in and out process was so incredibly easy...I would definitely stay here again

The property was as described: great location and clean. We enjoyed the beautiful views from all rooms. The outdoor closet was filled with beach supplies including a beach umbrella and there were air pumps located in a kitchen drawer. Only thing I would suggest for improvement was that we received all the apartment information while we were already traveling (this email mentioned some things that we would have packed from home had we known they weren’t going to be supplied).

Great place! Beach Front!
I was nervous when I pulled in because the building looked a little motel-like from the outside but once we walked in to the condo we were thrilled! The room was up to date and well kept! Plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 kids. Perfect view of the ocean. It is on the second level which means you have to go down stairs in the front in order to access the ocean but it is worth the view you get of the ocean. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting beachfront property and not a super busy beach.

It Doesn’t Get Better Than This !

The unit itself is perfect, but the VIEW is SPECTACULAR !! Ocean views from every room and solidarity sitting on the balcony. Our two weeks flew by before we knew what happened, but knowing we’ll be visiting again next year made leaving a little easier. Pulling into the parking lot you would never know this HIDDEN JEWEL was waiting for you !! The management team of Teresa and Dan are right there if you need anything and they are the nicest people.

Family Getaway
Our family vacation getaway couldn't have been more perfect, thanks to this rental. The closet filled with beach amenities like chairs and umbrellas and the beach itself was a treasure trove of beautiful shells. We highly recommend bringing or buying kites from the Zon – our 17yo had a blast with his stingray kite, while the younger ones adored their octopus and squid kites. For those craving a unique shopping experience, the Native Plant Shop is a must-visit. Not only is the shop beautiful, but the owner is incredibly knowledgeable and offers small build-your-own terrariums. And trust me, you don't want to miss out on Rock the Guac – even as the only vegan in the family, we all left with our pants unbuttoned from the deliciousness. Coconuts On The Beach provided another fantastic dining experience, perfect for feeding our crotch gobblins in a lively atmosphere. And for a dose of history and mind-blowing entertainment, the Kennedy Space Center is an absolute must-see. Just remember not to wait outside for a picture next to the NASA sign–there's another one inside! As for Legoland, it was a mixed experience. While the kids enjoyed it, the long lines and ride breakdowns left us with mixed feelings. Nevertheless, our overall enjoyment outweighed any minor inconveniences. Back at the condo, although hanging items from the balcony isn't allowed, we found a workaround by drying damp items around the window. The on-site laundromat was a lifesaver just be prepared with quarters.

WOULD DEF STAY HERE AGAIN!

Reviewer Comments: We did a bit of a Florida experience starting at Universal, spending a day at Discovery Cove and then the last 4 or 5 at this rental property. First, I love VRBO...I don't love every VRBO I've stayed at but this place was AWESOME and if we do another trip to this area, I'll definitely try to get this place again. Beautiful unit, enough comfy space for my 2 kids, us parents and my older parents who were able to come spend time with us. The unit had boogie boards, volleyballs ( we bought a $20 car plug air pump to add air and will keep with us) chairs, beach towels, fishing pole, toys....everything we would need readily available and we used it all!!! Amazing ocean views and sounds from every room. Easy walk to the beach which was great for my 75 year old parents! Updated beautiful home ( other owners told us we had the best unit.) Amazingly responsive staff and we were able to extend our stay a day since we loved it so much. Books to read and games to play in unit. Little charcoal grill we used. Beach walks daily, trip to end of pier which had really good food and we did bike and surf board rentals at Ron Jon which was unbelievably reasonably priced. Except my parents, we all got up on these surfboards with the help of a ten minute youtube video and kind old time surfers that were next to us and area regulars. A great family trip we all agreed we'd do again-hopefully staying in this unit!
