Beautiful 4th floor Cocoa Beach condo on the beach with three (3)
bedrooms, and three (3) 1/2 bathrooms (sleeps 7-8). Private access to the beach.
Completely furnished, fully equipped kitchen with all new cabinets
and appliances. King size bed in the master bedroom, two (2) twin beds
in second bedroom, and a double bed in the third bedroom. All
bedding and towels provided.

Quick getaway
Description of property is accurate. Very spacious condo in a great location. Quiet beach and large outdoor deck. Futon and outdoor cushions have been replaced per other comments earlier guests left. It was nice having two beach chairs provided in addition to a surfboard and small cooler.

My husband, 2 kids and parents stayed for a week here. It was amazing. The condo was perfect for us all. The location was great. The views were awesome. Would definitely come back!!

Great view and location!
Condo very spacious, a little dated but the view made up for it. Clean, location GREAT. Pool is super tiny but our kids enjoyed a dip. Not a great place to lounge around though. The area rugs need to be replaced and the out door cushions on the porch also. Other than that, everything was awesome and we enjoyed our stay.

The only negative thing I have to say is tv in one room was not working and did not include a hair dryer, this probably wouldn’t have been a problem for most guests but we were three women

Huge comdo
Condo is huge and has plenty of space for our family members to spread out. Huge wraparound porch. Beautiful ocean front views. Location was on a very quiet street, but only a block or so away from the main busy street with all the attractions and restaurants the streets.

Awesome Beachfront Condo
We love this place, it was our second visit. Huge condo with plenty of room right on the beach. Large deck that overlooks the ocean. Private access to the beach with beach chairs, boogie boards, surf boards, and sand toys. Everything you need is there. We love it and will be back again!!!

Great location! Nice very large condo! Great balcony, very large. Room for all at this place. Nice bathrooms and kitchen. Needs new beach chairs. I carried the two beach chairs down to the beach only to find that one was broken and the other did not seem the safest. Over all, great place!

Perfect Views of the Ocean
If you are looking for a large, beautiful place to stay that has everything you need as well as picture perfect views of the ocean look no further! Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided, and you may never need to use your car because so much is within a short walking distance. We walked to Ron Jons, a mini golf park, many local restaurants, the famous Cocoa Beach Pier, and of course up and down the beautiful beach in front of the condo. The best part is a wrap around balcony with the most perfect beach views you could ask for. We loved our stay here, and recommend it highly.

What A View!!!
The wrap around balcony is amazing! The entire unit was clean and very spacious! Every room has streaming services, which you can't find everywhere. It felt like home away from home. They had everything that you need. We didn't even have to bring towels or beach stuff. They have it all! Amazing stay! 5 stars!!

A wonderful conto
A beautiful spacious beach condo. A LOT of room to spread out and truly relax on a wrap around balcony overlooking the beach. Close to everything and a big plus for dedicated garage parking!! Kitchen is well appointed with anything needed! All that was lacking was a wine opener and a puzzle lol but Publix helped in that 😊 Highly recommended and be back next year for sure !!

Great Location and Room for All
We felt like we had our own private beach at this condo location. With 2400 sq ft, there was more than enough room for us to spread out and the futon in the hallway was perfect for our 11 year old to have her own space. Biggest plus was having a full bathroom with each bedroom. The views from the living room and master bathroom are awesome! Negatives: Porch furniture could stand to be replaced as it is rusted and cushions torn. Not much parking but being in May, it was not a problem. Sloped driveway was difficult for my handicapped husband to navigate to the front door and Pool is super tiny so did not use it. Overall, we had a fantastic weekend!

Relaxing. Loved going to Kennedy Space Center. Enjoy ocean during rain storms.
Everything 3 close friends could need. Condo needed some extra cleaning. Floors too dirty to go without shoes. Under the building parking became difficult. Someone parked in our space because someone took their space. Rude and very little kindness among renters and residents.

Location is excellent and the view is amazing. Very clean and well taken care of unit. Couple of things kept me from giving it a 5 star review. First, the mattresses are below average and need replaced. Also not sure why a unit this size has double bed instead of queen size in the one bedroom. We knew that going in so its not a compliant (queen vs. double) as much as a suggestion as the property would be better for it. We spent more time in the unit than planned due to weather and the TVs need to be updated, especially the one in the main living area. This last one is a bit nit picky but depending on what you might want in a rental property, the furniture in general is pretty dated. Nothing broken or torn but the decor of the unit overall could use an updated look.

Oceanfront view with LOTS of space!
This property was exactly as described! It was oceanfront, had lots of space for my family with four kids, and had a well equipped kitchen for cooking! There was room on the expansive balcony to eat meals together, watch the ocean, or enjoy quiet time with a book. My teens/tweenagers had space to "get away from each other" and had TVs in their rooms if they just wanted to some screen time when the weather was not good. It was within walking distance of Waffle House and a mini golf center with ice cream. The kids spent a LOT of time enjoying their independence walking to these places and more. The unit's beach storage unit had a surf board, boogie board and some beach chairs for our use along with a mini cooler for drinks taken to the beach. Although it did not bother us at all, the building's pool is very small. If you have young kids, that might be a plus. But we didn't visit the pool at all. Also, though we did not have any need for communication with the owner, they clearly have a gem of a place here! The take amazing care of this unit and their guests. We had a wonderful stay!
