Very cute and relaxing 1-bedroom bungalow. Completely remodeled with brand new everything! (Kitchen, baths, floors, walls, courtyard). Right in Downtown Cocoa Beach. Walking distance to dozens of shops, stores, restaurants, bars. Has beautiful and cozy private and fenced courtyard with gas grill and outdoor shower. 500 foot walk to the beach.

Cute Place…amazing location

Cute little one bedroom located in the heart of Cocoa Beach. Close to everythingrestaurants and the beach and shops. Great little vacation spot.

Winner and Private!

PERFECT location for staying in Cocoa Beach! This little bungalow is spotless and everything you will need for a great getaway! The private courtyard made it extra special. Looking forward to returning here in the near future.

Big surprise in small package!

This property had everything as advertised; middle of retail activity, close to beach, all amenities for comfort. Clean and cozy with a neat restaurant/bar right across the street.

This place was great!! Quiet and clean. We would most definitely stay here again if we ever come back to Cocoa Beach and if it’s available. Bed was very comfortable. Place was super clean. Plus it was super quiet.

Perfect location and accommodations

This place was small but perfect for my teenage son, my husband, and me. Its not like we spent a huge pile of our time indoors anyway. The beds were comfy, and the shower was hot and spectacular. The full kitchen is newer, and everything was clean. We had everything we needed to cook meals. The location could not have been better. Just a short walk to the beach with literally 3 restaurants and a cool bar right across the street. We did have a problem with the air conditioning, but we reached out to the host, and he had someone there immediately on a Sunday, after Christmas, to fix it. Kudos to this host and their cute little VRBO.

First time to Cocoa Beach

This property was perfect for the two of us. Very clean, private and in the middle of everything as far as dining....shopping and 30 minutes from the Kennedy Space Center. A two minute walk to a beautiful beach that you can walk for miles on in either direction. The outdoor shower was perfect to rinse off after our beach walks. Would definitely stay again.

Cute little bungalow with all the amenities (except washer & dryer). Perfect for a couple who want to enjoy downtown Cocoa Beach without the hassle of finding parking. Close to beach with outdoor shower a plus!

Try it as it’s unbelievable and so so perfect!

Do not underestimate this little wonderful palace. Yes, small but so exquisite. Host was super helpful and very responsive. I plan to stay again, if host allows, in March 2025!

Cute house for get away

We absolutely loved this house. We enjoyed every minute of it. It was perfect for two people, a great kid-free get away. Short walk to beach and restaurant across the street was amazing (if you go there, ask for Adrienne, she is the best). The house was very clen and had everything we needed but would suggest a tv in bedroom for night time and lazy mornings. We would rent this house again in a heartbeat!

Cozy and convenient

Very comfortable and clean. Everything was up to date. Very short walk to the beach. My husband and I don't like to go out to eat much so made good use of the facilities. When we did go out to eat the restaurants are within walking distance. Great to have the outdoor shower after going to the beach. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Interesting spot

Overall, good time, interesting place where it’s located.. seems the bungalow was a converted business office with office type glass front door. Nice bathroom and shower. Only issue being the restaurant across the street cooks and preps right outside bungalow, they start early so light sleepers be aware. The beach is across another street past retail stores. Looking to chill as a couple, it’s fine. More than 2 or with young kids, not so much

The key was very hard to get out of lock box and the door was also hard to open. The parking for the place was hard to keep we had to put barriers in front of it just to be assured our spots. Communication was horrible,we sent two messages and got no response

Description Misleading

When we arrived on site this rental was far from being a Cozy Beach Bungalow. The rental sits in more what looks like and industrial setting. There were food trucks and a storage container at our front doorstep. Also, the front door to the unit was less than 100 feet from the main road. We could hear all the morning traffic such as garbage trucks and deliveries of goods to stores. Also, the front door was what looked like a door to a gift shop. Last thing there is an electrical issue with the space. When we would turn hot water on in kitchen the lights in the kitchen would dim.
