Family Vacation
We stayed at this condo for our family vacation and loved it. My son loved that he could see the water from the balcony as well. Place was clean and kitchen well stocked. We also had easy access to the pool and beach which was enjoyable. Would love to stay here with my family again. Loved it.

Beauty on the Beach!
Loved the beach, the sunrise over the ocean, the waves, the sea shells, visited Kennedy Space Center. We saw a launch take off from the balcony on our last night. The accommodations had everything we needed and more. Amazing time!

For an older group,it was perfect. We enjoyed the location and our view was amazing, The only thing I was not pleased with was there was not an elevator.

Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay over the holidays. The property is beautiful and very clean. The view and location are both spectacular. The check in/out process was easy and the owner was very responsive when we had questions. We would definitely stay again!

Great condo and big balcony with plenty of sitting room. Right on the beach with easy access. Came from Missouri for our daughter's wedding and couldn't ask for better view of the ocean and beautiful sunrise evry morning.

Winding Down
After a wide open four days of Disney it was FANTASTIC just to sit on the balcony and enjoy the sights and sounds of the Ocean. The newly remodeled condo was wonderful.

Beautifully appointed condo with great view!
The condo/apartment was spotless and inviting. Beautiful tile throughout, clean and beach cozy. The 3rd floor patio was spacious with comfy chairs and had great views. The morning sunrise was beautiful! The host was very responsive and we had no issues. The property itself seems older but the unit is up to date. We saw that some complained about the stairs which was not an issue for us, but may be difficult for seniors. We hope to visit again! Thank you!

AMAZING!
We had an wonderful family trip to celebrate our daughter’s high school graduation. The condo was perfect and exactly as described. Whoever is the decorator, did an excellent job. We didn’t want to leave. Allan was very attentive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be returning to this property in the future.

Enjoyed our stay
The location alone gets the 5 starts and the fact that we had the ocean view was amazing. Place was clean. Owner was very quick to respond. The building is an older building but the apartment is well kept. The only downside for us was that there is no elevator which makes it difficult with little kids since it’s on the 3rd floor. Other than that. I highly recommend.

Wonderful Getaway
We’ve stayed at the Diplomat property before just in a different unit, but this one hands down is perfect!!! The overall location cannot be beat. It’s down from the pier so it’s much quieter, less crowded and Publix is right across the street. The unit itself is exactly as pictured. Everything was beautiful, clean and comfy. Allan was always very quick to respond to my questions and concerns about the impending hurricane that thankfully missed us. Everything was just wonderful and very relaxing! We definitely plan to stay here again and recommend this condo to family & friends!

Comfortable clean family beach vacation
This unit was a great experience for our family. It is clean, well-maintained, fully stocked, and comfortably furnished. We had a great view of the beach from the kitchen window and family room with outdoor balcony. The beach was easy to access and not crowded, and we were located close to the grocery and many local restaurants. The hosts are well-organized and quick to respond to any questions. One great bonus is that they provide beach chairs and toys and many board games, children’s books and DVDs for indoor family fun. We have stayed in this housing area a few times previously and this is by far our favorite find. We plan to return!

Great little family vacation!
We very much enjoyed our stay here! It is directly on the beach. Grocery stores and shopping within 2 miles!!! Great FAMILY environment. Color scheme is fabulous inside! You can tell this condo was totally remodeled! It’s beautiful! And I love that there isn’t glass Knick-knacks that makes me nervous with my kids. We’ve stayed at places where there is useless glass knick-knacks that we have to move from fear of our children accidentally hitting. This was a huge relief! Thank you for being so considerate for families with small children. We highly recommend this place!

Great Stay
My wife and I stayed here with our 11 and 8-yr old boys. The condo was very quiet and had a great view of the ocean. We were able to see a lot of things from afar (bring binoculars!). We even saw a submarine coming in and were able to drive up to Jetty Park to watch it float right by us on its way to the dock. The condo is on the third floor and you need to climb stairs to get to it. This was not an issue for our young/fit family. Do be sure to bring toiletries. Sometimes these places are fully stocked with options. This one was not. Not an issue, just wish we brought a few extra things with us. Communication was great. We texted back and forth and everything was smooth. Would stay again. Hopefully the next time the weather is better and we can enjoy the beach some more!

Great stay at Cocoa Beach
Overall, I thought Allan's unit was very nice. It would have helped to have a broom and dust pan to get rid of any sand we tracked in, but we managed. You have to use the community laundry facility to wash dirty clothes, which was OK. I was really pleased with the cleanliness of the unit, and the view from the 3rd floor back porch, which has a great view of the beach. We had a fantastic view of the 4th of July fireworks display put on by Cocoa Beach. Overall, we had a fantastic week. The key to use to get to through the beach gate was a bit tricky to use and frustrating at times, but we figured it out. A1A is a very busy highway, so no real places to walk except up to the big Ron Jon Surf Shop, which we loved. If we came back to this beach, I'd seriously consider staying in Allan's unit again. Very convenient location.

Lovely Condo in Great Location
After staying in the same condo for years, we were faced with finding a new one this vacation. We are certainly happy to have found this. The location is great where it's close to all of the action, but not too close. The beach had other families for sure, but we were still able to get space to ourselves very easily. The inside of the condo was very updated and had everything you need. My three teenage boys (yes teenagers) got all into the game/puzzle cabinet and ended up having a puzzle competition. The spike ball was a HUGE hit and I think they may have spent 75% of their time playing that. Everyone had a blast and really enjoyed the space. The balcony was fantastic!!! A table to eat meals, another to play games, and lots of seating. We ended up bringing in a chair from outside due to there not being a ton of seating in the living room - for a family of 5. We made it work though. I'd say the one thing that would almost keep me from going back again was the access to the beach. Through no fault of the owner, there was a gate that needed to be unlocked in order to get on the beach and to get off....The lock at the gate was very difficult to maneuver and was always a task. What was worst was that there was only one key. This really presented a problem for my family with teenagers who wanted to go back up to the condo at different times. Since you needed to have a key to get OFF the beach, it really caused issues that were very frustrating on a daily basis. So keep that in mind

Great view! Lovely condo with convenient /kind consideration with stocked pantry, games, puzzles, and coffee too!! Coffee on the balcony every morning was exactly what we wanted!!

Great Stay!
We had such a great stay! The condo is completely remodeled, very clean and all appliances are modern. We loved sitting on the balcony facing the ocean! Would highly recommend this condo and will probably want to stay there again someday.
