Enjoy the beach at this stunning 5 bedroom, 3 bath private home within 200 yards of Cocoa Beach! Location, location, location! There are no streets to cross on your way to the beach. It's a straight shot down the sidewalk to the beach crossover. Look down the beach to your right and you will see the famous Cocoa Beach Pier, now called the Westgate Pier. If you are a family group heading to Disney, we are only an hour away from the theme parks. If you are part of a baseball/softball team we are located 25 minutes away from the Space Coast Stadium Complex.

Have a large family group? No need to book multiple rentals! The Seahorse Beach House is ready to accommodate large family groups. It sleeps 2 on the first floor and 8 on the 2nd floor. This is one private home that stands in its own ground with its own private heated freestyle pool.

The Seahorse's first floor includes kitchen, dining, breakfast nook, and TV lounge all in one open floor plan. The kitchen is equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances, pots, pans, dishes, ect. A lovely rattan dining set seats 6 persons, while 3 may sit on matching stools at the counter bar. A cozy breakfast nook seats 4 guests. Thorough french doors off the kitchen area, a screened sunporch is the perfect place to relax. A queen bedroom is located on the first floor with a shower bath nearby. This is a perfect room for those requesting a downstairs bedroom.

The second floor is capable of sleeping 9 people in beds. A large master bedroom contains a king-sized bed, HD TV, and has its own private balcony. The master ensuite bath contains a separate shower and soaker tub, along with a walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 contains a queen bed, HD TV, and opens on one side directly into the hall shower bath. A new washer and dryer are located centrally in the laundry room on this floor. Bedroom 3 is furnished with a full double bed and has lots of built-in shelving for storage, as well as a closet. Bedroom 4 is set up with 2 twin beds and a window bed with a custom mattress that is sized between a full and a twin. It also has HD TV. This would be a great room for several children or teens.

A large lanai overlooks the lovely private heated pool and provides more options for seating and dining. Your group may prefer to enjoy meals here with both an adult table and a children's table. High end pool furniture makes sunning a breeze on the pool deck. Pool toys and beach toys are provided for your enjoyment.

Cathy is always a great host. This location was perfect for our family of 11, ages 4-60. Short walk to the beach, great restuarants, and loved the private pool. Accommodations were perfect.

Cocoa Beach family fun
The property and location were amazing! Our group of 10 fit nicely, with plenty of room and spaces for all. The beach was even closer than we thought!! The pool and patio area was a big hit! Highly recommend this property!

February Vacation
Overall, this property was great. The location was extremely close to the beach and amenities were within walking distance or just a short car ride. The house was well stocked with items that you might need; although, some were broken (for example, a few beach chairs) but nothing that made our stay any less enjoyable. There was ample room in the house for our entire family to be comfortable for the week. The temps during our stay were a bit chilly so the pool could have been warmer but we still used it anyway. Thanks for a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay. It was in a good, quiet location with close proximity to the beach and area attractions. We especially loved the pool & lanai. There was plenty of pool furniture & pool toys provided. The bikes, ice coolers, beach cart & abundance of beach items was a plus. Everything was very clean.

Exceeded Expectations!
Our stay absolutely exceeded our expectations! Our group included 4 adults and 3 children (age 3 - 7) and this house was perfect for everyone. The first floor has an open floor plan with tons of space so we weren't on top of each other but also together. Upstairs the bedrooms were spacious and the kids room was the perfect spot for the kids to sleep and play. The pool and 3-seasons room were a huge hit with everyone and we spent most of our time out there. The houses proximity to the beach was outstanding and much closer than expected (maybe a 3 minute walk). The home owner Cathy was an excellent communicator and even let us check in a little early.

The house was beautiful and exceeded all of our expectations. It was the perfect house for all of our family. We loved the access to the beach as well as the private pool. The beach chairs and beach toys added to our enjoyment of the ocean, and if we were to go back to Cocoa Beach, we would rent this house again. Thank you so much for making this available to us.

Great location / wonderful host
The host was very helpful making sure my family was comfortable during a couple of strange, cold nights in Florida. The property was equipped with everything we could have needed for small babies, teenagers and adults. From bikes to multiple tvs to high chairs, we had everything we needed.

Perfect Getaway!
Our family has been to the Seahorse several years in a row. It is a perfect place to rest, relax and enjoy the sun. It is only a block from the beach and near restaurants and other attractions. With 5 bedrooms, the house is set up up to host a large family or group of friends. The pool area is absolutely beautiful and is a favorite place to gather. The house is lovely and anyone would feel right at home. We appreciate the cleanliness and ease of communicating with the owner. Our family has already booked another week here.

The house has a nice setup. Very easy to get to and easy access to restaurants and the beach. It does need some work as there were some, what looked to be mold on the ceilings. The mattress's as well were very broken down and need to be addressed. Overall the house was nice just needs some tlc.

Very nice accommodations. Pool was a little dirty, needed vacuuming. No hot water, very little warm water/cold for showers the first day and a half. Was remedied quickly by the property manager. Not really impressed with the owner suggesting we turn the valve all the way to the left to get hot water. That’s a bit of a no brainer. All in all, a very nice place and very close to the beach, albeit a little pricey.

Can't beat LOCATION
Our stay was amazing! The house is a very short half a block to an amazing beach. There were beach toys provided that made our stay great. The only thing that was a little dissapoining was the lack of toiletries provided. We had to travel through airports where the limit on liquids makes it hard to bring enough for a multi-day vacation. There was no shampoo, conditioner or body wash provided. Also no coffee- I know it's a bonus if coffee is provided, but all other properties we've stayed at has provided atleast a mornings worth of coffee so you could get your self kick-started before heading to the grocery store. Otherwise anything you needed was there- towels, toys, and a very nice working grill! You are very close to a Publix, the pier, mini-golf, an aerial park, shopping and restaurants- the location really is perfect! The house sleeps ten easy, the beds and pillows were all very comfortable, unfortunately the main seating area only has room for 5 to sit comfortable- the rest of us had to move in dining room chairs to sit on while watching a movie during the rain. It would be nice if there was enough seating for your whole party to be comfortable! Other than the few small things I 10/10 recommend staying here! The property manager was in constant communication and I'm sure she would have helped with anything needed promptly! If you are visiting Cocoa Beach - you should stay here!

Great location and property, intrusive and overbearing Owner/Manager
The location and house itself are wonderful! The proximity to the beach, pool, beach equipment and various conversation areas for the family to spend time together are wonderful and appreciated amenities. Some of the beds themselves are very uncomfortable! Towels, blankets, and glassware were inadequate for length-of-stay and number of people (family of 11 stayed for a week). Kitchenware including pots and pans are of poor quality and worn to the point of near uselessness. The reason for the 3-stars is the Managing Owner stopped by several times unannounced and even walked into the backyard unexpectedly. Not only is this very uncomfortable and a violation of our privacy (one time she walked in the backyard while we were all in our pajamas having coffee-awkward!) The side gate that opens to the busy street does not have a lock, which is a huge safety concern if traveling with children and also allows intruders easy access. The landscapers and pool servicer showed up, again without any prior notice while we were enjoying the backyard. Not only do we travel often (and have never left a negative review), we are also vacation rental owners ourselves and understand the need for maintenance. However, a simple text or phone call before showing up, or list of days when weekly maintenance occurs would have gone a long way in respecting our privacy. These unexpected drop-ins made for a very uncomfortable stay. If going with your family bring extra blankets, towels, washcloths, etc. and a lock for the side gate. Let the Owner know you would like to be given notice before she comes to the property (prior notice is a Florida state statute as well). Otherwise a great place to stay if you come prepared for what you need and may encounter.
