This DIRECT OCEANFRONT unit is located in a gorgeous complex! This 2400+ square foot contemporary condo is a corner unit and luxuriously furnished with every amenity. The private, wrap around balcony is over 700 sq ft. Enjoy ocean views from the kitchen area, living room, and master bedroom! Wake up to the sunrise, play all day in the ocean, relax on the beach, hang out by the pool, and then enjoy the most amazing views of the moonlight reflecting in the ocean. You won't find a nicer, cleaner unit anywhere in Cocoa Beach! We are located 1100 ft. from Ron Jon's and 1 mile from the World Famous Cocoa Beach Pier! We have a heated pool, direct beach access, parking garage, elevator, free wifi, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, TV's in all bedrooms, keyless entry, and outside rinse area. We also provide a cooler, 2 beach chairs, surfboard, and a volleyball for all our units. 5 minute walk to Ron Jon's and Cocoa Beach Surf Co.

The view was spectacular and the space was so large and spacious. We truly watched the sunrise every morning and walked the beach every day. Close to everything but felt so private. Highly recommend

Perfect Spot
This was such a great spot! We got to see 4 launches during the week we were there! The place is very well spaced out and large which was great for our family. The kitchen was fairly well stocked. All the stores were within walking distance which was great. One downside is that there is very limited parking. We had our whole family so multiple cars and the guest spots weren’t always open so it was a little tricky. Overall it was amazing and we are thinking of going back next year!

Wonderful stay-perfect place for relaxation!
Our family of 4 enjoyed a 3 night stay over spring break. Even our picky teens approved of the condo, proximity to the beach, and things to do in Cocoa Beach! The pictures and description online are accurate-the condo really is as big as it looks and was a great place to relax and enjoy the beach! Would definitely recommend for families! It did require quite a bit of up and down the stairs or elevator to get to/from the beach, garage, etc but worked well for us.

The NE corner fourth floor condo had the best view of the beach, waves, and two rocket launches during our stay. The path to the beach (with a ramp or stairs option) allowed beach wheel chair access for one guest. Lots of space and seating for all the family. Easy access with codes to lobby and condo 401. Access and departure c Could not have gone smoother.

Big condo! Views are great! I saw my first rocket launch from the Cape. The sonic boom caught us by surprise even though we knew it was coming. It was all easy. Great place. If I were to ask for one thing it would be a Keurig instead of Mr. Coffee😊

Great Location and View
We have rented units at this property many times over the years. The view from the wrap around balcony is spectacular. The location is great--right on the ocean, just a few blocks from Ron Jons and about a mile from the pier. The units are always clean with treats such as wine, coffee and snacks provided. The units are well maintained and extremely spacious, with a walk in pantry and large laundry room. The kitchen is well appointed but hasn't been updated. The bed linens are a little tired, and the kitchen ware is what you would expect in a rental, but overall we love the property and will keep going back.

Family Vacation/Birthday Celebrations
This unit has to have the best views in Cocoa Beach. You have ocean views from the living room, dining room and the kitchen along with the outside wrap around balcony. A short walk to the beach was a plus. The unit is large and provides all the essentials which made our stay perfect. It has a small pool included but we are a beach family didn't have the chance to enjoy it. Parking is provided in a parking garage which is very convenient and has hotel carts to load your luggage. The only suggestion would to be replacing the combo lock on the storage unit in the garage. We had trouble to open it and to close the lock. Overall if we were to come back to Cocoa Beach this would be are first choice.

The condo exceeded our expectations!
Perfect spot on the beach. Watching the sunrise in the morning & the moon rise in the evening each day was breathtaking. The accessibility to the beach was made easy with a boardwalk on the property.

Cocoa Beach/Kennedy Space Center
Overall we enjoyed being together in one place instead of in hotel rooms. Our main objective was to go to the Kennedy ndo Space Center which was about a 30 minute ride from the condo. That worked out great. We spent one day on the beach which was great. The view of the beach and ocean from the condo is spectacular. A few things to note: Entering and leaving the property are a little cumbersome: Opening the lockbox at the front door and having to pull the car out of the garage and return the garage door opener and the key. There was no guide or instructions to use either TV. There are 3 frying pans that used to be teflon that need to be replaced. There were only 3 washcloths in the condo and the towels were like sandpaper. There was no soap in the shower in the master bedroom.

Clean; modern; ideally located right on the beach. Well south of the public beaches though even they were not overcrowded even though it was spring break. I will rebook this unit for next year
