Property was as advertised. Had plenty of beach supplies for our needs. Also had a toddler bed rail for one of the twin beds which was very helpful. Would stay here again.

Cocoa Beach staycation
Drove up to Cocoa Beach for the weekend to visit family that were vacationing. Condo was very clean and spacious enough for our family of 4. Pool was great and the short walk to the beach was amazing. Would stay again.

Great Family Getaway
The location was perfect with direct beach access and short walk to several restaurants. The condo was great and perfect for our quick family trip, wish we could've stayed longer! We have to agree with other reviews that the master bed is loud and not the most comfortable, twin beds were comfy for the kids!

We needed this respite! Walked to the beach several times daily - coming in and out of the heat, enjoying the protected pool when we needed calmer waters. Property and unit all as advertised. Communication at every step was clear and timely. We’d love to return!

We have stayed in many places up and down the Florida east coast and this is one of our favourite spots! Condo was perfect, awesome morning sunrise views, easy beach access and we really liked how friendly all of the other guests / residents were.. we had a great time. Maybe update the master bedroom mattress at some point as it was super creaky getting in and out.

Very nice place
This property has only a couple of ratings (which were excellent) so I was concerned. The few reviews were on target so my wife and I enjoyed the property. My grandkids came over and also enjoyed. Would love to stay there again!!

A great, quiet place to stay, steps away from the beach as well as a pool. Made it easy to go back and forth with small children. The condo was well maintained as well as the property. Appreciated the extra sand toys and boogie boards available as well!

Super cute. Clean place. They had nice amenities the only down fall was the master bed. It squeaked anytime you moved on it. Also there was a pan holding it up underneath. One of us ended up on the couch. The kids beds were decent
