Updated 1940's beach cottage with all the comforts of home! One of THREE cottages available (VRBO #501808, #621877 and 827904), FOR LONGER RESERVATIONS (28 nights+) PLEASE SEND A MESSAGE FOR RATES. Ground floor fourplex, Your private residence includes, WIFI, your own fenced-in and private, beautifully landscaped back yard with deck , hammock and dining area with charcoal BBQ. Two private bedrooms, master with King bed accommodations and HDTV, second bedroom has 2 twin beds with 32' HDTV, and full size sofa bed in living area when necessary. All HDTV's include Roku with Netflix subscription. Our cottage includes your own stacked washer and dryer, beach chairs and towels, Kitchen with oven/microwave and all the amenities of home! Charcoal grill for your outdoor barbecues, and Netflix subscription for those lazy nights inside! Your own private entrance, walk across the street to outdoor terrace dining! Rent a bicycle/surfboard/paddleboard on our block or take a surf lesson! Walk for coffee, breakfast, dining and entertainment on Cottage Row! Too many restaurants/coffee shops within walking distance to name, you can also enjoy a little of the Cocoa Beach nightlife without having to use your car! Located on A1A north, in the center of downtown Cottage Row district. Fully Licensed.

Cute Cottage!
My husband & I stayed at this cottage for our 41st Anniversary. It was very nice, clean & had all the comforts of home. Close to all the attractions & restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great cottage!
The cottage was so cute. It was clean, had everything we needed. Location was great, close to restaurants. The walk to the beach was shorter than I expected. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect!
Such a lovely cottage - clean and well equipped. Great location to walk across to the beach which is never crowded in this part of town. The front porch and back garden are private and great for watching the sun go down. Loved it and can't wait to return

Perfect for us
My teenage daughter and I wanted to find a place close to the beach and this was the perfect accommodation for us! It's such a cute cottage with all the necessary amenities (beach chairs, beach towels, etc). It was so nice to also have a washer and dryer to catch up laundry and not have to worry about it after vacation. If you are considering staying here, I say do it!

Perfect little beach house
My second visit. The cottage has everything you would need and is super clean and comfortable. Location is great in the quiet downtown area and just about 3 mins walk to the beach. The owner is lovely and there are onsite caretakers who can help you with anything you need. It's all just great :)

Birthday Getaway
Me and my boyfriend took our 4 year old daughter down here for her birthday and everything was PERFECT. Everything you could need is all within a mile of the cottage and the walk to the beach was so easy with the wagon and beach chairs that were provided. Debra messaged us to let us know of festivals and space launches going on. We absolutely fell in love with cocoa beach and can’t wait to come back.

Sweet cottage near the ocean
This was the perfect place for my husband & I along with our 2 small dogs to stay. It was exactly as pictured on the site & had everything we needed. The beach was literally a block away & we hardly had to use our car as there were nearby eateries & cute shops. The cottage was so clean & pristine. The owner was also so kind to let us know of a launch that was taking place during our stay. She made it feel so personable. We would definitely visit again.

Lovely Beach Cottage
This cottage is wonderful and so well designed and decorated. I stayed here with my parents and my medium sized dog. We all have plenty of space and loved sitting outside in the morning with coffee. The location is perfect for a morning walk on the beach and a for an evening nightcap across the street. The backyard has plenty of space for any sized dog and the multiple water sources outside make it easy to rinse off sandy paws or feet. Checking in and out easy and the owners were quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Cottage in the Perfect Location
This cottage was perfect for our family. It was a short walk to the beach and lots of nearby restaurants. We didn't have a car but it was no problem to get where we needed to go on foot though we did take an uber to the mall and that was easy to do. Debra is a great host. She was able to help us arrange to have groceries and a bottle of gin for my hubby's nighttime cocktail. The caretakers were right next door and super helpful. Would definitely come back again.

Beautiful cottage and wonderful location!
My two sons, ages 14 and 11, and my two German Shepherds all loved this place. It's so quaint and adorable, we're not used to such small homes and it was a great adventure for us. We came to Cocoa Beach because my kids wanted to take surf lessons. We always travel with the dogs, so having this little place accept dogs was awesome. I could not have asked for better customer service, on a total personal level, it felt like I was talking to an old friend. The cottage is located in the "old town" are of Coca Beach, it was wonderful to be able to just walk to dinner. I highly recommend this vacation home, you won't be disappointed.

Amazing and Relaxing
Debra was so responsive to all of my questions. No matter what hour of the night I sent them out. The cottage was so comfortable and relaxing. So many cute little surprises in the cottage and on the property to discover. My only complaint is we didn't stay long enough to use all of the amenities such as the backyard. She thought of everything that you could possibly want or need for a stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to anyone. Oasis shaved ice is quite the little gem that you can walk to. The owner is super friendly. And the restaurant right across the road has delicious fried chicken. Even though it is on a main road it gets very quiet at night. We were able to walk to the ocean. I can't say enough good about Debra and this cottage.

This place was an absolute treat! The beach house itself was perfect for what we needed. Perfect Little Cottage
My boyfriend and I stayed in the cottage for our vacation and had a wonderful time. The location is perfect! Less than 5 min walk to the beach and tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We barely moved our car. We had a great time and will be back!
