Updated 1940's beach cottage with all the comforts of home! One of THREE cottages available (VRBO #501808, #621877 and 827904). FOR LONGER RESERVATIONS (28 nights+) PLEASE SEND A MESSAGE FOR RATES. Ground floor fourplex, Your private residence includes, WIFI, your own fenced-in and private, beautifully landscaped back yard with deck / dining area with charcoal BBQ. Two private bedrooms, master with King bed accommodations and HDTV, second bedroom has 2 twin beds with 32' HDTV, and full size sofa bed in living area when necessary. All HDTV's include Roku with Netflix subscription. Our cottage includes your own stacked washer and dryer, beach chairs and towels, Kitchen with oven/microwave and all the amenities of home! Charcoal grill for your outdoor barbecues, and Netflix subscription for those lazy nights inside! Your own private entrance, walk across the street to outdoor terrace dining! Rent a bicycle/surfboard/paddleboard on our block or take a surf lesson! Walk for coffee, breakfast, dining and entertainment on Cottage Row! Too many restaurants/coffee shops within walking distance to name, you can also enjoy a little of the Cocoa Beach nightlife without having to use your car! Located on A1A north, in the center of downtown Cottage Row district. Fully Licensed.

Phenomenal Cottage Stay
Absolutely loved the cottage, the location, the area, the restaurants. We felt right at home during our RV traveling break. Our two little dogs loved it too. If you don't enjoy this gem, well, enough said. Highly recommended.

Wonderful little cottage!
Debra is a great host! We enjoyed the cute little cottage during our short stay. Very clean and welcoming. Comfortable beds and a great little outdoor area. A short walk to the beach and places to eat. We will definitely keep it in mind for future trips to Cocoa Beach!

We love our time staying in the Cottage at Cocoa beach . This was our third year and we stayed 2 months, Everything was there that we needed to make our stay enjoyable! The owner even visited to see how things our going.

Lovely Cottage
This was perfect for us as it was an easy 3 block walk to the beach and within walking distance of several restaurants. The king bed was so comfortable and the shower pressure was good. Those things are important! The owner thought of everything we might need. Would absolutely stay there again.

We loved the place!! Definitely home away from home.
I give the cottage 4-3/4 stars...only because living room furniture worn and hard to get comfy...however as a rental owner myself, I understand why the reserves of replacing it...too many people don't care about other people's property.we would definately love to return.

Was in Cocoa Beach for a work trip and will definitely be back to this quaint cottage for more R&R next time. The owner was sooo great at communicating about local events and making sure that everything was okay. Lots of restaurants and a dog beach within walking distance. Thanks!

Clean and Convenient
The cottage was clean and just the right size for a stay at the beach. My teenage son and I were visiting for a swim training trip and found the location extremely convenient to the pool and restaurants. It is a short walk to the beach from the cottage and nice to be able to spray off the sand in the private back yard after a day in the waves. There were plenty of charging stations throughout the house and access with the keypad on the front door was easy. Thank you for helping make our Cocoa Beach visit a great one!

Cottage in Cocoa Beach
The cottage was adorable. Impeccably clean and had everything you need to stay other than your own food and drinks. I would definitely stay there again. It was 3 minute walk to the beach. They had a beach stroller, beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella to use and an outdoor shower to use afterwards to get the sand off. They’ve truly thought of everything you need for a beach stay. They also had nice kitchen appliances, utensils and dishes to use. The caretaker lives right next door which is helpful if you need anything. Great place and great location!!

Cocoa experience was awesome
The cottage was perfect for my family of four, 5yo, 13yo, spouse and dog. Downtown Cocoa Beach was a short walk, a few blocks, away. Plenty of places to eat around us. The cottage had everything we needed as well as very clean. Backyard space perfect for a quick nap on the hammock and for our dog to stretch his legs. Honestly, I did not cook during our stay but the kitchen had everything you may need to cook a small meal. Bedrooms and beds were comfortable and linens were well supplied. Property owner readily available and helpful. Overall, our stay in Cocoa Beach was perfect.

LOVED this cottage!
Sometimes staying in a quaint classic cottage means sacrificing some conveniences, but not with this one. The faucets, plumbing, laundry and kitchen facilities are updated and new. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning worked well. We loved the lanai and hammock, and the tropical plants in the yard. The beach equipment came in handy, and the walk to the beach is short. The ambiance made it a great place to stay, and my daughter loved the mermaid handles on the kitchen cupboards. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else next time we go to Cocoa Beach!

Truly a gem
We have had a wonderful stay at cottage #227. It was exactly the kind of place we were looking for: friendly and cozy. The decor inside is so welcoming and the garden is lovely with gorgeous landscaping and a very relaxing hammock. We also loved sitting outside on the porch under de big tree. And being able to walk to the beach (the kids loved pushing the cart with all the beach gear provided), as well as to many places in Cocoa Beach, was something really special. Debra even alerted us on upcoming rocket launches, and Randy and Annette were always there when we had questions.

Awesome cottage! Cute and clean. Has everything you need. Restaurants walking distance. The pig and whistle right across was delicious. Tried a few different other restaurants as well few blocks away. The beach wagon, chairs, beach towels,umbrella and cooler bag was awesome. Loved the back patio hang out. The mud room to hang your swim suits to dry. The kitchen has seasonings, cooking essentials. The bathroom was gorgeous! Black out blinds were perfect. Free netflix and cable helped while the little one relaxed. Beach was short walking distance. Definitely would stay here again. Deborah, Annette and Randy were all helpful. Me and my family loved it.

AMAZING STAY!
Let me start by saying how charming this condo is. This felt like a home away from home. So comfortable, well decorated (Oh, and the shower, I want one now at our home, LOVED it!) Debra thought of everything!! We definitely over packed. Debra didn’t leave one stone unturned. The neighbors, Randy and Annette, FABOULOUS too!!!! So helpful and kind! The local restaurants are in walking distance too! Oh, don’t forget to visit Ron Jon’s Surf Shop too, and the Pier! There is a hose outside on the side of the house. We loved this feature as we were able to take all of our beach items directly from the car to the side of the house and rinse everything off outside. We let the Florida sun dry all of our beach items, and then placed them on the wonderful sun porch!  Pet owners, you will certainly appreciate the wonderful fenced in back yard too. Our dog is family member, so it was comforting knowing he was safe when he had to take care of his business. He also loved catching some rays and basking in the Florida sun on the deck too! All in all, on a scale from 1 to 10, we give it a 20!!!!!! This is definitely the condo for you! We will be back, Debra! Thank you again!

Cute Cottage for Weekend Trip
This cottage was the perfect place for our long weekend away. We loved being able to walk to coffee, restaurants, and shopping. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog and we really appreciated all of the provided chargers for charging our devices. Debra was friendly and communicated everything we needed to know, even letting us know there was a launch scheduled while we were in town. We would definitely stay again!
