This stunning riverside home offers a main floor master bedroom with a queen bed and bathroom suite - with washer and dryer. The upstairs bedroom has a private balcony to enjoy views of the Mississippi, a streaming TV, full size couch and a full bathroom. The third bedroom is on the main level and has a queen bed and hidden twin. Vaulted ceilings, recessed lighting, skylights, wood floors and plenty of natural light! The kitchen has all the amenities of home, including board games, cards and puzzle for a family game night. Enjoy 100 feet of river / Spring Lake frontage including a private dock as you relax and watch the sunset over the bluffs! Located on a quiet dead end road with access to boat launch within a quarter mile. Great fishing, water activities, waterfowl hunting and close to snowmobile trails and ski hill!

Family Time on the Mississippi
We had a lovely stay at this property. We gathered at this central location for a 5-day vacation. There were six of us and the accommodations were great for this number of guests. Chris was outstanding at helping answer any questions. The instructions provided for check-in and check-out were well-organized and comprehensive! We are all seniors and the ground-level access to everything was helpful for those who had some mobility issues! GREAT LOCATION for a private, quiet, comfortable time together!

We used this as our home base for a vacation/college visit week. House was great, very cute nice views of the river. Kitchen was awesome. Location is isolated, which was great for us but plenty of gas stations close by for quick things and Winona was 12 minutes away for everything else.

Updated house on Spring Lake
The house was the perfect size for our group of 5. We spent many hours admiring the view from the front patio and chatting with the friendly neighbor. We were a bit disappointed that the access from Spring Lake to the main channel was challenging but that is mostly due to the low water level. There is a path from the boat launch to the dam that we enjoyed walking and biking. Overall it was an enjoyable and relaxing week.

Beautiful view
We were a group of five ladies over the age of 60 enjoying a weekend together. The property has great curb appeal and right across from the beautiful Mississippi River. The kitchen, dining and living areas met our needs well. However, we quickly realized the sleeping spaces were not sufficient and comfortable for our group of five adults. Better suited to fewer adults or children. Fun shopping and dining along Hwy 35.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at this house with nice views and lots of light. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway on a dead end road across the street from the river, this is the place to stay. The owners were great communicators.

Wonderful place to stay
The location was great with plenty of parking in the driveway for multiple vehicles. The Loft upstairs had plenty of room with full size bed, couch, small cot for a kid and still room to put down an air mattress. The other bedroom had a queen size bed and a twin size bed in the under the stairs area. The kitchen was well stocked with most of what you needed like crock-pot, air fryer, glass dishes for leftovers, good pots and pans and a few cookie sheets. The kitchen had great dishwasher, oven, and fridge. They provided plenty of towels. The backyard was great when family came over and still had enough space to play kickball. The front porch was wonderful with chairs that overlook the water. Chris was great at communicating all the information we needed to know.

Great Family Get Away
The house is clean, updated and decorated in a cute farmhouse style. Great dining table for eating and playing games that seats 8-10. Games and puzzles available, too. Kitchen is well stocked. Nice outdoor seating to watch the Mississippi or enjoy a campfire/grill out. Private space on a dead end road. Thanks for the great family time!

Our adult family of 4 stayed here.
The house was perfect!! Clean and all the amenities that you want!!! The kitchen was stocked with almost everything you need!! The interior is very nice and cozy and the beds were comfortable. We loved walking in the morning and going to the various wineries in the area. Our vacation was awesome here… we would definitely rent again!! Thank you Chris for being such a helpful host!!

Great Stay!
We rented this place out for our in laws. They had a fantastic trip with friends. House clean, in nice/quiet neighborhood and well stocked. Only thing they didn’t like was unseasonably hot weather the week they were there—obviously not the hosts doing. Would stay here again!
