"It was a tired presentation of the room. There was no tea and coffee facility with in the room , no bar fridge nor ceiling fan or air conditioning. There was no replacement of soaps or lotions during the stay. We were in a family room and we had to ask for the mattresses to be replaced for the children because they were poor and not able to sleep in. "The food was amazing, the hotel was fully filled so there were a couple of things that I didn't like from the attention like missing towels, soap, and the cleaning of the room was in the afternoon which was not very convenient for us, but so far it was a very great experiece"
