"The employees of the hotel were very nice and polite. However, there were some issues with this hotel. First, the refrigerator didn't work - the door was hot to the touch. Second, the hot water in the shower kept cutting out, and it stopped working altogether. The breakfast options were a bit limited, but it was satisfactory for a simple breakfast. The room was a bit dark. Overall, the hotel wasn't that bad, but next time, if we stay in Bandung, I think we will stay somewhere else. 3/5"

"Strategic location, excellent and welcoming staff who go beyond the extra mile. My only “complaint” is just that the hotel requires you to download an app which functions as the key to the lift and rooms which I found to be inconvenient and was frustrating to use at times. Otherwise the excellent service by the staff made up for the minor inconveniences. Would stay again, if the hotel just switched to the normal keys. Great job 👏 "

"Our room was not ready when we arrived at 21:30, so we had to wait almost 10 minutes. We weren't walk-in guest, so they should've prepared the room for our arrival, especially at night. Otherwise, the room was clean, but had no window."

"So- so below my expectations not up to hotel standard"

"I am not sure if the hotel is a budget one. Very Small tv. Room lights are very very dim, i dont understand why cant it be brighter? Comforter doesnt change at all only bedsheets changed and that we have to inform to get it done. Breakfast spread very very limited. However, service was tiptop very nice hotel crews."

"The location is quite strategic for anyone who has plans to travel to the Lembang area. The rooms are clean, comfortable and neat with a fresh new building and supported by a mini market in one building. To find food around the hotel is very close, suitable for anyone who likes culinary tours. For breakfast do not expect much because it is adjusted to the price of your stay. But it's very recommended hotel. I like this place!"

"It is a simple, straightforward hotel. Located quite far from shopping mall (cihampelas walk). Overall it was a pleasant stay. Worth it with the amount you are paying."

"Near to most of the best places in bandung. But still need to hire a driver which more convenience. Hotel condition very nice. Same as shown in the gallery. Thumbs up."

Calm & Recharged!

"Holiday Inn Pasteur is a lovely place! Staff were wonderful and the housekeeping was awesome and really takes care of you during your stay. There are Ole-Ole Bandung shops opposite the hotel if you’re brave to cross the bustling road. Else, there is the Alfamart and Indomaret 50m to the left of the hotel (when you leave) and Kenangan Coffee 100m to the right. Breakfast: Wide array of choices including sushi, the different types of nasi, man tou, lontong, keropoks, sambal, porridge and on weekends: Indomie station. 7min drive from Paris Van Java (A must go to this HUGE mall) 10min drive to Ciwalk or Cimpeles Walk (another must go- many food and cafe area and souvenir shops along the road) "
