"Great location and friendly staff. Parking was easy, once you figure out how to get into it. I would assume that during high season parking would be a nightmare. Room was clean only issue was the shower always backed up."

"Everything about the Lynwood House was wonderful! The room was beautiful, with a sitting area and a brand new on suite bathroom. There was a kettle for tea, a hair dryer, and a television. "Sara and Ian have carved a little bit of paradise off for the rest of us to enjoy and I thank them for that! It was a wonderful location and waking up on the bay is incredible. Careful if you're driving in town but that pretty typical of Ireland."

We traveled to Cobh because of our interest in meeting the genealogist at the Cobh Heritage Centre - and the hotel was next to this building. Due to Covid-19, the museum was closed - but fortunately, Christy Keating, genealogist, showed up.

Cobh is a beautiful port town. It's right on the water and the views are breathtaking! There's plenty to do/see/eat/drink here. It was likely one of my favorite places to stay on our trip.
