Villa Nicholson is located in a modern residential complex crowning the green of the jungle with a spectacular view over the ocean. The architecture takes advantage of the view and tropical atmosphere. This two-bedroom Villa is made for relaxation.
Overlooking the ocean, the pool is the perfect place to cool off and enjoy an afternoon cocktail.
The house is located on the north part of the village, the most calm and exclusive neighborhood.

Every bedroom, outfitted with high-quality sheets and towels, counts with its own bathroom. There is a third one for the living area. Both the bedrooms and the living area feature AC and ceiling fans, for those who prefer a more natural way of refreshing, being more environmentally friendly.
The kitchen is provided with all the necessary equipment to make you feel at home.

For those who want to follow the work even on holidays, we offer high speed wifi.

Your stay at Villa Nicholson includes daily cleaning and the services of a manager delighted to help you with anything you might need, in order to make your stay with us, as pleasant as possible.

La pasamos increíble, nos encantó el lugar! Una vista alucinante, todo impecable, nos encanto la casa y súper práctico el desayuno incluido! Eduardo gracias por todo! Lo único que agregaría en la casa es un aire acondicionado para el que duerme abajo, o mosquitero para poder dejar la ventana abierta! El resto impecable! Y la gente que trabaja ahí un 10, todos muy amables!

Great location. Away from the crowd and the dust yet very well located. Super modern and well equipped. Great manager. Highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful time! Everything was perfect, the place, the localisation (5 min from the center and all the animation but very quiet place) the decoration really nice, the view amazing, all was perfectly clean and full equipped and the staff and the service really present and so kind! Eduardo, the manager, took a lot care of me and my family, we rent an ATV to explore all the beautiful place around, it was just like a dream. I fully recommend this place and we will go back, that's for sure!!!

We had a delightful stay at Villa Nicholson. The magical location provides a breath-taking view which you will never forget. On entering the villa, you will feel immediately welcome and at home. All the rooms are tastefully furnished, fully equipped, and well-maintained and cleaned. The house offers privacy, a wonderful peacefulness, and some of the most beautiful sunset views you will ever have seen. The friendly staff are helpful and knowledgeable, concerned to provide personal care when planning local excursions or longer tours, not to mention recommendations with regard to local cuisine or any other queries which may occur. The enchanting owners really make sure that you have the most special and unforgettable stay in Santa Teresa. I highly recommend Villa Nicholson to anybody seeking a little time out in heaven.

A relaxing location, great views and nice service
The villa is perfect. It is modern and clean and has everything you need for your family stay in Santa Teresa. Up on a hill with beautiful views, including sunset. Car or ATV helps since it is a quite steep hill and it is located further away from the centre. Judit was very helpful and organised everything we needed. We will be back.

A SLICE OF PARADISE
We are very grateful for having spent a beautiful, peaceful time at this property, our only regret is not staying longer. Located on a hill overlooking the ocean, this house had everything we expected. Great attention to detail in every room. Judit was always available to answer any of our questions. She was able to help us book all our activities including fishing and diving. I highly recommend this property ! We have stayed in many places all over the world and this ranks among the top!!! GREAT EXPERIENCE
This house was amazing! It is such a beautiful property. It’s a private house with all of the amenities of a hotel including daily cleaning. The bedrooms were large and airy with a lot of light. We stayed for 4 days and took full advantage of the outdoor deck, pool and house. It’s also relatively close to town or to the beautiful beach in front of Rocamar. The staff was so friendly and helped us with anything we needed. Santa Teresa is an incredible town and I highly recommend this property! Overall great experience

Vacaciones inolvidables en Santa Teresa, la Villa está bien situada y cerca de la playa, eso sí, aconsejable de alquilar un vehículo para moverte con facilidad. Santa Teresa es un pueblo con una larguísima calle ! Villa Nicholson está muy bien equipada y tuvimos todo lo que necesitábamos y más, Judith nos recibió con todas las atenciones y amabilidad, además nos aconsejó algunas excursiones en los alrededores y lugares interesantes para ir a cenar. Una de nuestras mejores experiencias de vacaciones. Esperamos volver muy pronto a Santa Teresa y a Villa Nicholson !!! Un saludo Sendrós

AMAZING EXPERIENCE
The first thing I must mention is how helpful the manager of the property was in coordinating everything for us! From questions about excursions we could do to making arrangements for ATV’s. Judith was incredibly easy to work with and helpful with every question we had! The house has everything a traveler could need, a well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, nice quality towels, no detail has been overlooked. We loved the openness of the living area and kitchen into the terrace with a pool and the lush vegetation, overlooking the ocean. My whole family felt lucky to have found this house and have had this calm and amazing experience. Santa Teresa is a beautiful place, beaches are beautiful and the food was very good. I would love to return to Villa Nicholson in the future and I would definitely recommend it especially if you are a nature lover. A. Tristan
