Our favorite hotel in Coatzacoalcos has shut down- this a our new favorite. It’s clean and cool. And very clean. Did I mention clean? We will be back.

They no longer have a blow dryer that one can ask to use.

Getting to the hotel was a nightmare. Terrible roads, difficult to find. No basics such as coffee maker or ice machine. Beds were hard as a rock. I advise looking elsewhere.

Excelente servicio desde la recepción hasta el servicio a la habitación. Lo único con lo que no me gustó fue que todo mi estancia el elevador no sirvió,tuve una estancia de 10 días y no funcionó el elevador y me tocó hasta el 4°piso

Buena opción, las habitaciones tienen lo suficiente para pasar bien la noche, me gustó que aceptan mascotas, cuesta 280 por perrito. Incluye desayuno, no tiene muy buen sazón pero es lo único que hay. Deberían arreglar la zona de terraza, donde comen los huéspedes con mascotas, la verdad se ve sucio y desarreglado.

A las 8am te tocan la puerta y si sigues dormido y no respondes te abren la puerta, es invasión a la privacidad del huésped Deberían de checar las habitaciones a la hora que corresponde el check out El personal de limpieza es nefasto, les preguntas algo y no quieren ni responderte Al solicitar una habitación de 3 huéspedes únicamente te proporcionan una toalla para baño, solicitas otra y no quieren dártela Comidad , alimentos bien , resto pésimo servicio y atención
