"The home was neat and clean, the check in process easy. I toured the home at arrival to ensure all was well. Just a few things: the toilet paper was one-ply, very thin, I had to have my daughter bring some, the roll of paper towels in the kitchen was only half full, we ran out, there wasn't a storage roll, we had to get more, the master bedroom closet was used for storage which was inconvenient for hanging nicer clothing. Other than these things, we enjoyed the home."

" A nice home that was super clean and comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood. Privacy fenced area with a patio and yard for your dog. Plenty of areas to walk your dog too. Host had treats, bags and a toy too. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of supplies you could use. Nice coffee maker and coffee pods. We would most definitely stay here again."

"My family enjoyed our stay at the Cozy House. It was a nice, comfortable home with lots of added amenities. You can tell the owner puts a lot of care into the home. I didn’t have such a great experience with the property management company. Many times I didn’t get a response. Luckily, the housekeeper/neighbor was very involved and attentive to our needs - without her this wouldn’t have been a good experience. The location was good because I like to be away from the city, but it was difficult...

"The house is clean and met all our needs. The beds were comfortable. The house and yard are family friendly. It was so helpful to have the toys and games when the weather was bad. We would stay here again"
