Each home is thoughtfully curated with its own unique character, prioritizing your comfort. We encourage you to take advantage of what the valley has to offer and explore some of our local favorites. Should you require assistance or recommendations, please do not hesitate to reach out, and we will be happy to assist you. We are available to reach Monday - Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm, if you need assistance after these set times we encourage you to contact us through the app or through our direct line which is stated at the end of your check-in message. For your entertainment, your home is equipped with a smart TV, allowing you to connect to your preferred streaming services or use the Wi-Fi for screen mirroring. The Wi-Fi code will be provided to you on the day of your arrival. We have supplied several starter items for your convenience, such as soap and shampoo, understanding that travel can sometimes lead to forgotten essentials. If any items are missing from your home, please message us on the platform, and we will do our best to accommodate your request promptly. Additional sheets and pillows are available, along with an air mattress for your use during your stay. Please note that failure to return the air mattress may result in a replacement fee. In the laundry facilities, we have provided cleaning detergents for your convenience. We also have patio chairs available for you to enjoy the outdoors, and you are welcome to use the furniture during your stay. However, please be aware that some furniture may be secured with wires and padlocks for safety. Your safety is our priority. To ensure this, we have installed cameras around the exterior of the home, which are regularly monitored. In case of an emergency, please contact 911 and local law enforcement. Now the fun stuff..... Only registered guests will be granted access to the property, and occupancy is limited to the maximum number allowed. If there are more guests at the property than permitted, we reserve the right to fine or cancel the reservation without a refund. Friendly reminders, Please adhere to local ordinances and cooperate with law enforcement. Parking is allowed in the front, driveway, and garage of the property (if accessible). Smoking is prohibited inside the property at all times. An additional cleaning fee of a minimum of $150 will be charged. Our properties are pet-friendly, requiring advance notice and a pet fee. If the pet fee is not paid and signs of a pet are found during your stay, an additional pet fee of $150 will be charged. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM in accordance with local regulations. Check-in is after 3 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. We offer a 30-minute courtesy period if needed, understanding that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If the timeframe exceeds 30 minutes, an additional daily fee may apply to accommodate preparation for the next guest. Selected properties are automated/smart homes and will feature a hub to control entry, temperature, and noise/water usage. This protocol is designed to enhance your stay while maintaining affordability. In the event of technology malfunctions, we will make every effort to resolve issues; however, we will not credit any reservation fees if the matter is resolved without inconvenience. In cases of delays affecting entry or stay, we will credit a maximum equivalent to one day’s reservation. We will also attempt to place you in a similar unit at the same pricing and space, if available. Unplugging any of these devices or the internet will incur an automatic fine of $150 to your account. Packages or left items will be held for a maximum of 13 days and will be discarded thereafter. If you have left an item, please contact us to arrange payment for its return. We are not responsible for packages arriving after your reservation. If you wish to have a package delivered to the property, kindly notify us in advance. For reservations of 28 days or more, we reserve the right to clean the home before approving any extension. Guests may not enter the home until cleaning is completed unless otherwise stated. We are not responsible for issues affected by weather conditions, including but not limited to: the home being hot while the A/C is functional, power outages, or other issues arising from natural calamities. We will make every effort to resolve such issues promptly, but no credits will be issued for reservations under these circumstances. IIf you encounter a home issue after 4 PM or during the weekend, we will address it the following day or as soon as maintenance is available. Thank you, Please refrain from rearranging the furniture. Kindly ensure that remotes for the TV, entertainment systems, fans, etc., remain accessible for our next guest. Please return the remote for the garage to its original location upon your arrival. For accommodations longer than 7 days, we will provide only the essentials for the initial 7-day period based on the maximum occupancy stated in the listing description. If your stay exceeds 7 days or if you have more guests than the maximum allowed, it will be your responsibility to ensure you have sufficient essentials for the duration of your stay. For stays exceeding 7 days, all our listings include weekly/monthly services for gardening, pest control, pool maintenance, and general upkeep. Most of these services can be accessed externally; however, if further access is required, we will notify you for authorization to enter your home. Accommodations longer than 7 days will be subject to a drive-by inspection to ensure compliance with the “House Rules.” In the event of a violation, we will contact you via the app or directly. We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance, as unexpected situations may arise. Our aim is to meet your expectations and ensure you enjoy your stay in one of our properties. If there is anything we can improve or if we have overlooked something, please reach out to us through the app. These guidelines are in place to help us continue providing affordable alternative accommodations for you and your family.
