*Please note that this property is located in the desert. We have a professional pest control service that services the home regularly. However, the open setting of the home may allow desert critters or flying bugs to be present at the property and in the pool. Please understand that this is the nature of the region, and is out of our control. If you encounter any of our desert dwellers during your stay, please reach out and we will try our best to remedy the situation.

While our home is cleaned regularly before and after each guest, this desert region is know for natural dust storms and strong winds from time to time. These winds may carry sand that may collect in the yard, and pool overnight.


POOL & SPA:
-Daily charge of $75 for pool heating.
-If you want the pool heated, please let us know ahead of your arrival.
-Spa heating is included in your stay.

Pets are allowed and must be approved by host. There is an addition $150 pet fee

Cancellation must be done 60 days before check-in to receive a 50% refund for all nights
If reservation is cancelled after that, we will retain 100% for all nights

Wonderful place for family reunion. Even with large groups this home is very roomy. The pool is fantastic and the EV charger in garage a nice touch!
