Approx. 10 min. drive gets you to and from EMPIRE POLO FIELD without the stress of a long commute to and from the festival grounds.

Sleeps up to 10 comfortably. 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, and 6 Twin Beds.

Beautiful Cozy Mid-Century Modern/Boho New construction Home. 500/500 Internet Speed with a small console in the living for working or extra dining space for eating. 3 Smart TV's in the home, along with full BBQ set and propane fire pit in the back yard.

Entire Home + Backyard is available to our guest. Parking in Garage and Driveway with plenty of street parking.

No Pets allowed with the exception of Service Animals.
Quiet hours run from 9pm-9am out of respect for our neighbors.
The number of guests on the reservation accurately reflects the number of guest staying at the home.
RV or electric vehicle charging is not allowed.
If any rule is to be found broken, a $500 fine will be imposed and your reservation is subject to cancellation without refund.

It's a zero star or -5,

We brought a lot of groceries and drove to this place for one week per booking. We couldn't get in because there was no key code was emailed to us, so I called the owner. He had no idea who we were and why we were there and wanted us to wait for him to find out. When we were waiting in the parking lot outside the house, I knocked the door for no answer so I went to the back yard and looked at the house through the window and shockingly to see emptied beer bottles and garbage on the table and floor. I opened the sliding door that was not locked, yelling hello and hello. A lady came out of a room upstairs and she said rented the place for an unknown period. We were devastated because we had no place to stay, and it's getting dark. I called VRBO but always got the same waiting time 15 minutes so I gave up. This is the worst nightmare we are worried about with VRBO. We have seen the horrible stories on TV and now it's happening to us for real. Finally, the owner called me back and said the place was double rented.

Beautiful clean home and comfortable stay!

We were in the area for a family wedding and Kevin was super accommodating. The place itself is clean and looks brand new. Kevin was a great host and I would highly recommend his place!
