"Nick's annexe was really lovely. It was very clean, well equipped and a great location for exploring the city and hiking in the area. Nici communicated well, providing clear instructions for finding the house and for entering the unit. She was also very quick to respond when we had questions. "This was a lovely, clean, beautifully presented property with everything you could need to start your holiday. Lovely little welcome basket and all the essentials like tea, coffee, milk and sugar to start your mornings. We didn't get to meet Aled or Maresa but they were contactable throughout our stay and Aled called us before we arrived to check in and welcome us. The apartment is situated in a beautiful area within easy reach of many popular attractions. Would certainly come again."

"Let the flat for a few days for a Welsh golf tour. There is a pub next door (owner—Josh) with a good selection of drinks. The store owners underneath play music in the morning—rock one morning, then switched to Christmas music the next day. The music was in the mid-early morning so it did not wake us up. "We really enjoyed our stay in this property. The pool table and hot tub went down well. Plenty of kitchen equipment and a separate laundry room. There was an issue with the bins but the management company did try their best to resolve. Very close to the beach. Overall we would stay again."

"We really enjoyed our mini-break stay in this lovely roomy well-presented and clean apartment so close to the sea front promenade and 10 minute walk from the town. There was a little noise with entry /exit of upstairs residents. Really good value for money. Thoughts for improvements: TV capable of receiving terrestrial channels and the bedroom would benefit from a better more comfortable mattress. Highly recommended and we would be happy to stay again."

"The cottage was exactly as pictured and in a great location. Everything was as advertised except there was no wood left for the hot tub or the wood burning stove inside. It was quite cool during our stay and a fire inside would have been nice. The hot tub was preheated when we arrived but there was no wood left for us to use the next day. "Myself, my hubby and two kids joined my parents and between us the two dogs for a long weekend away. The house is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The utility was great to dry off the dogs and kids. It was blowing a gale but it was so peaceful and quiet in the house you hardly noticed the weather!
