The property was clean, peaceful and just 1 minute away from peak & peek. The communication with the owner was awesome. Very welcoming. I have no complaints. I can’t wait to book my next stay there.

Upon arrival, it was clear that the condo had not been adequately cleaned or maintained prior to my stay. Given the detailed check-out instructions left for guests, I expected the unit to meet the same standards you ask renters to follow. However, I found multiple unacceptable issues, including: • Fridge and Kitchen: The refrigerator had grime in the seal, the stovetop was dirty, and the sink faucet appeared to be in poor condition. • Balcony and Porch: A used dog waste bag, food, and garbage were left on the balcony, along with cigarette butts. • Walls and Surfaces: Visible marks and stains on the walls. • Closet and Storage Areas: Items appeared to be thrown into the closet rather than properly organized, including towels that should have been cleaned. • General Cleanliness: The unit did not reflect the level of cleanliness expected from a professionally managed property, especially one that charges a cleaning fee. Regarding the instructions, it is concerning that they suggest placing blankets and sheets at the end of the bed unkess they are visibly dirty. Best practice would be to assume that all linens are soiled upon a new client's arrival and should be replaced accordingly. Given the condition of the unit, I believe it is reasonable to request a refund or partial reimbursement. I would also appreciate knowing what steps will be taken to ensure future guests do not encounter similar problems.

Great overnight getaway
Check in was a breeze. Gary, the owner, was easy to communicate with and so kind. He let us check in early and check out late, although we didn’t end up staying late. The condo was clean. The location was perfect. We’d love to stay here again.

It was a very nice place to stay at the Peek and the host was wonderful and very accommodating. The place was overall a little smaller than the pictures made it look, but if the weather was cooperative there wouldn't have been as many of us in the house together at the same time!

Ski Weekend
Though we stayed only one night, we were very pleased with the accommodations. The condo was super clean and Gary was great about communicating. He recommended the Dutch Village for brunch and it was so good, we couldn't stop talking about it. The location is about a 2 minute drive from the PnP lodge. We would stay there again!

Awesome property!
Even though the weather didn’t cooperate, we still had a great time. This condo gives enough space for everyone. And I love that this place is so close to the events for the Octoberfest.

Great Getaway
Comfy clean beds, fully stocked kitchen, good communication with owner, great for our Girl's Night In/Birthday Celebration. There are a lot of steps leading up to the property so loading our vehicles upon departure was tricky, but overall great experience and I would stay here again in the future!

Graduation weekend
We only stayed one night because my daughter was graduating the next morning. Gary allowed us to arrive early and check out late but we couldn't take advantage of the late checkout because we had to be in Erie by 8:30am. Checkin/checkout was super easy. On Saturday night we cooked a nice dinner and enjoyed it with family and friends. Couple items to note is the room with the bunk beds does not have a wall is an open loft and no bathroom on top floor. We enjoyed the deck also as the evening was perfect.

Very nice condo. We really enjoyed our stay. Gary went above and beyond with his communication and kindness with letting us stay longer on our check out date because it was not rented out. We did not have to rush and was able to let our son ski on Sunday too! We would definitely would stay here again.

Only complaint was the wrong unit number was given in an email and caused some confusion when trying to enter, but this was just a typo. Overall great experience
