Perfect home for our large group
The house was perfect for our stay! Plenty room to accommodate 4 couples and a few children. Many amenities within the house and a gorgeous location. Don’t think we could’ve found a better place to enjoy. Spent a lot of time at the large kitchen island chatting and enjoying each others company.

Forest Getaway
Enjoyed a friends’ trip to this beautiful place! We had a great experience overall with lots of memories made. The house was exactly as described, and the hosts were easy to communicate with, check in was a breeze. We loved the secluded area, and even saw some elk on our way up. Good experience!

Family had a great time. The views are great and the weather was perfect. The house is very beautiful with lots of room and plenty of things to do indoors with the entertainment room witch the kids enjoyed. Nice place, plenty of bedrooms and Dishes. Very high altitude if anyone has breathing problems. A tv in the living room would be a good addition with a regular gas fireplace. A good place where we all had fun.

Had a great stay the views are amazing completely surrounded by the forest. Our family had a great time here. Extremely comfortable with enough room for everyone. Plenty of movies and board games to keep the kids happy plus pool table and ice hockey plus foosball tables. Large kitchen and plenty of bedrooms made our stay enjoyable. TV and large gathering area upstairs and downstairs another large area for relaxing. Both floors have a balcony with seating for you to enjoy the view.

The property is well maintained, is clean and in an excellent location. Elk Bugling with morning coffee, mid-morning stroll down the lanes. Entertainment room is well stocked for all ages! Books, games, puzzles, large movie library, foosball, airhockey, and a pool table. I will return every year whether its a guy trip or family vacation.

Awesome place in the mountains
We booked this cabin for a short family getaway. The cabin is awesome. We had plenty of space and there are two deck from which you can enjoy the beautiful scenery every morning. We dod day trips to White Sands and Ruidoso for shopping. It takes a good 30-40 min to get to Whote Sands but it was perfect for us cause the temperatures down there are much hotter and we enjoyed the landscape while getting to these places. Would definitely recommend this cabin.

White Thanksgiving
This property is very beautiful! The pictures just don’t do it justice and anything you could possibly need is provided. Clean and spacious there was plenty of room for our 7 adults and 4 children. My family met here in between where we all live for Thanksgiving and to our surprise it snowed, a lot. Thank y’all for making this get together so very special. Beth Loyal

The owners of this property did an amazing job of having the house ready, clean, perfect. Entire family traveled out for a trip, everyone was able to have a bed to themselves and 3 bathrooms was perfect for all 12 of us. The views from the property was breath taking. If you decide to just stay at the house and not do anything else but sit out on the balcony, it will be the most relaxing thing you could do. I know my entire family will be talking about this vacation for years to come.
