Convenient location
Location of the property was perfect for our group, we enjoyed a couple rounds of golf and easy access to town. The condo was very comfortable and accommodated all of our needs.

Cloudcroft is so beautiful!
Lovely quarters overlooking a golf course. Deer and elk come out in the evening to graze. Town is somewhat limited in kinds of eateries, some of which are closed the first part of the week, however, we had good meals at Big Daddy's and Brother-in-Law's BBQ (the brisket was outstanding.

Townhome was clean, kitchen was well stocked including lots of spices and kitchen ware. We saw wild horses, deer and a herd of elk.

We were happy with this property overall. It was simple and clean and had tasteful decor. Communicating with the property manager was quick & easy. The space out back was fantastic for my little boys in the snow! I probably wouldn’t come back in the winter, but this would be a phenomenal summer place! My only complaint is the beds could use comfier sleeping pillows.

Cloudcroft getaway
We had originally chosen another place, but the owner wouldn't guarantee it would be clean. I'm not a fan of condos but for the comfort of our friends we chose. Bright Townhome. The apartment was very clean, well stocked with kitchen gear, blankets, and firewood, perfect for our needs. We were particularly happy to see that the fireplace was set up and ready to light when we arrived. We highly recommend it.

The property is well kept and easy to find. The view out the back patio was fantastic. The local contact was responsive and helpful. Very close to the village. Nice fireplace with plenty of firewood right outside the front door. Dwelling is equipped with the basics to get you going (coffee maker, cleaning supplies, dishes, cookware, and some grocery in pantry and cupboard. Very clean and spacious for two (two couples or two individuals). I would recommend this property to family and friends.

This property was well stocked for sure and we were very impressed with how clean it was. I would have given it 5 starts except for the fact that the upstairs bedroom is open to the downstairs which can present a problem when someone is in the living room or kitchen. Then there is not a lot of privacy and no buffer for noise. If you know this going in, it's doable. We were especially happy that there was actually snow on the ground to see and so out the back of the condo there was a golf course so you look out on this vastness of snow. Overall, we certainly enjoyed our stay.

A lovely spot to relax in Cloudcroft
We spent 3 nights at the townhouse, perfectly timed with a winter storm, but the property was clean, cozy and comfy and we really enjoyed using the fireplace. Very quiet and relaxing!About 20 mins to walk into town, although the freezing temperatures made it less attractive to do so and the place is very well equipped for staying/cooking in.No elk sighting for us but plenty of deer!

Fees were excessive! Windows should have been opened in the morning prior to occupancy to facilitate air flow. They were opened at approximately 3:30, on entry. It took 18+ hrs. to reduce heat/stuffiness…. Even with windows open & fans turned on

Excellent location
Nice to have 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. It would have been better if it was air conditioned but it was very helpful having ceiling fans and tower fans in all rooms. Nice to have washer/dryer. The mattress downstairs needs to be upgraded. We would stay again for sure! 👍

Nice place but warm with the roof solar panels
Listing needs to state that there is no AC. Unit did not comfortably cool off at night despite ceiling and stationary fans and windows open due to roof solar panels. Hopefully this can be resolved for future guests.
