"We stayed a magical night in this cozy yurt as our first nature getaway after moving to Minnesota this summer (minneapolis). It was so healing to breathe the fresh air, hear the rain fitter-patter and stoke the fire. we spent most of our blissful time curled up together with our books and the sounds of the forest. Thank you so much for curating such a peaceful retreat space! with gratitude and care."

"6 adults, an infant, and 3 dogs! We were a full house but it was cozy and secluded while still close to amenities. We loved all the space of the property for the dogs. The wrap around porch was quite the treat to enjoy the early fall weather. The home was also well stocked with all supplies. Only “bummer” was not having 6 kitchen table chairs. Loved the beds- super comfy!"

"We absolutely loved the location of the loft. We did have our 19 month old with us and there was no good way to block the stairs so we ended up stacking up the kitchen chairs. Otherwise zero complaints! Came with local coffee. So good! We hope to return hopfully when its a little ess windy."

"Restful and perfect "

"I requested and received a confirmation for a NON-smoking room. A couple of days before my stay I called with a question and was told my room was a smoking room. After explaining I had allergies and wanted a room change, I was told the only way to make a change was to upgrade to a more expensive room ($25 more). Of course I argued that I had a confirmation for a non-smoking room but there was no negotiating with these folks. Expedia tried to intervene but hotel staff/management would not...

"This place was absolutely amazing! I have stayed at many,many hotels over the years and this was top of the list. Very nice and clean with beautiful views of Lake Superior. Will definitely go back and this will be at the top of my list of where to stay. "
