Exceptional large Villa, completely renovated in 2016, comfortable, 100 meters from the main beach of the great sand, historic place of great painters (Gauguin, De Haan, Sérusier ...), 2 other nearby beaches including one for Surfers, Kerou beach. The villa is located where the painters Gauguin and Meyer de Haan among others lived. Starting point for many hiking trails, painters 'and customs officers' path. A large comfortable living / dining room for making large meals, 3 bathrooms. The 1912 villa is classified as a heritage site. Soundproofing has been carried out, a fireplace has been installed in order to also take advantage of the beauty of winter evenings and sublime stormy days. Private parking in the back for 5 cars.

Villa Ocean
This very well appointed and maintained house was the perfect location for our family holiday of twelve people. As described the nearest beach is a very short walk away and there are several others within walking distance. There are shops and bars nearby though, as I suppose September is out of season, several were shut or had restricted opening times. We had a lovely week and would thoroughly recommend this house for a family holiday.

Everything you could want!
This beautiful house was in the perfect location for our family holiday of 14 people. The owners go above and beyond to make you feel welcome as well as catering for all of our needs. The house is set in the main street of the little town with restaurants, bars and shops just a few steps away. There are 3 lovely beaches within a short walking distance, which are all ideal for families with rock pools and quiet coves. The house is of excellent standard with plenty of parking and a lovely outside eating area. We had a fantastic time and would thoroughly recommend staying here!!!

nous avons passé un excellent séjour familiale (Parents,Enfants,Petit-Enfants)
Nous avons mis à profit le mariage de notre fille dans la région pour prolonger notre séjour d'une semaine avec tous nos enfants et petits enfants. L'ensemble de la prestation offerte par cette résidence a répondu à nos attentes et à largement contribuer à la satisfaction de chacun d'entre nous de passer un excellent séjour. Ein schöner Aufenthalt in Pouldu
Es war zum zweiten Mal eine sehr schöne Woche in Pouldu! Meine Familie und ich haben das Haus sehr genossen. Zuerst möchten wir die Gastfreundlichkeit unserer Gastgeber erwähnen, angefangen mit einer Willkommen Aufmerksamkeit bis hin zu Hilfe zur Nutzung des Kamins. So konnten wir mit einem gemütlichen Kaminfeuer das bretonische Wetter sehr gut verkraften! Das Haus ist großzügig eingerichtet, die Küche lässt keinen Wunsch offen und die Kinder haben die Spielsachen sehr genossen. Das Haus ist einfach ein Ort um sich wohl zu fühlen.

Great stay in Le Pouldu
He had a great stay. The house was meeting all our expectations: very well located in the center of the village but still very quite, close to the beach and some nice restaurants. The house is well equipped and offers all the needed comfort. There were also bicycles available which we used to make some nice tours around the area. We appreciated very much the hospitality of the host!

Un très beau séjour dans une villégiature d'exception
À peine arrivés dans la maison de Catherine et Philippe s'installe le sentiment que le séjour devrait durer plus longtemps! Catherine et Philippe sont des hôtes très attentionnés aussi bien lors de l'accueil que dans l'aménagement de leur maison pour lequel ils font preuve d'un très bon goût. Rien ne manque, la cuisine est très bien aménagée et les chambres sont toutes confortables. La proximité de la plage et de petits commerces ajoutée au charme de la maison, sans oublier un temps fantastique, nous ferons penser souvent à notre semaine de vacances familiales!

Un magnifique séjour entre amis
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique Villa de l’Océan. Entièrement rénovée avec un goût certain, d’une propreté irréprochable, cette villa est idéalement située, à 100m de la mer en plein centre de la très charmante commune du Pouldu. Très bien équipée, nous n’avons manqué de rien, tout était là pour notre plus grand confort, y compris une literie de grande qualité. Merci à M et Mme Jouët pour leur parfaite communication, ce sont des propriétaires qui se soucient vraiment du bien-être de leurs hôtes. Nous avons profité de leurs conseils pour visiter les alentours, de belles ballades dans ce très joli coin de Bretagne.

Nous avons séjourné à la Villa de l’Océan pour fêter Noël en famille. Quel bonheur! Cette maison est très confortable même à 16! Tout est fait pour que nous nous sentions bien. Les attentions des hôtes sont nombreuses. Tous est anticipé et délicat! Le Pouldu est aussi charmant! Je recommande vivement ce lieux et l’acc! Merci beaucoup

Une semaine parfaite
Une location parfaite pour des vacances en "tribu". Nous y avons séjourné en famille (3 générations). La maison, bien située au cœur de ce petit bourg du sud Finistère , est décorée et aménagée avec goût. Elle est aussi particulièrement bien équipée . Les hôtes, tres réactifs, sont fort sympathiques et attentifs à ce que le séjour se déroule pour le mieux. Merci à eux!
