"Really enjoyed our stay thank you. Pleasant welcome from the staff and good facilities. Lovely clean guest house and room. In a great location for the town too. Minor downside is lack of parking (but there are side streets and car parks nearby - it just took us a little while to find one late on a Friday evening). "We wanted to find a pub with good food and close to Rutland waters to go biking. We stayed at the Fox and Hounds in Exton for 2 nights. It is situated next to a beautiful grassy square of big, mature trees. Big, safe parking area. The pub area is gorgeous, lovely big fireplaces, variety of seating. "The night we endured was terrible, it smelt of faeces all night, loads of people coming in and out shouting, it sounded like someone tried getting in our door around midnight, the shower was contaminated, I wouldn’t be surprised if there wasn’t a case of legionella within the water, the bed was very uncomfortable and didn’t feel secure, the sink had no plug, and Unknown marks left on walls, 1/10 would not recommend "

"I had a bad expirience in Arman guest house. Room was with staned walls and carpet. Smelly matrass and pullows, dirthy shower curtains ans shower. I jad to buy a pullow and bedshits, i used my towel and clean the surfaces with wipes. I had to stay cut my stay to 4 nights insted of 5. Other guests were very rough and in the night they showted unapropriate words and nocked on my door. I told the owner but he refused toadress the issue. * you knaw jaw it is* - that ware his words.
