Perfect setup for two couples. All living space is on the ground level. FREE Wireless Internet. Attractive floorplan with two bedroom suites, each in the opposite side of the home for privacy.
Tastefully furnished and decorated Townhome on the 7th green of the award winning, Dick Bailey designed Whitehawk Ranch golf course. Overlooking 8th fairway, and approx. 1,700 SF of living area, all on the ground level. Oversized Two Car garage with more parking room in the driveway in front of garage.
Wood burning stone fireplace and vaulted ceiling in the living room area. Spacious kitchen with a large cooking island. Dining area has access to a deck with views. Relax or enjoy a meal on the deck overlooking the golf course. Gas BBQ and umbrella is on the deck.
Master Suite with King size bed, walk-in closet and a large bathroom with a jetted tub, separate shower and two sinks. Guest Bedroom suite also has a King size bed, bathroom with tub-shower and two sinks. Half Bathroom is off of hallway. Laundry room with washer and dryer is in the mud room by the garage entry.
Amenities and activities within Whitehawk Ranch (besides golfing) may be closed for 2021 as per county COVID-19 rules and guidelines.
Although 7th green of the spectacular Whitehawk Ranch Club golf course is just outside this home, drive no more than approx. 20 minutes to other outstanding golf courses of Graeagle/Portola/Gold Mountain area.
The Lodge at Whitehawk, less than a mile away in the heart of the Whitehawk community, offers outstanding dining experience. Graeagle area, about 6 miles away, offers other dining options.
Nearby picturesque Lakes Basin Recreation Area, with numerous pristine lakes and Sierra Buttes above with a famous fire lookout, offers hiking, biking, fishing, boating and other summer activities. Easy hike to view Frazier Falls may take your breath away. Sardine Lake Resort and Packer Lake Lodge about 20-25 miles away, offer unique lakeside dining experiences.

As usual, our stay at this property was fabulous (we've stayed here before). Couldn't ask for better location, amenities, and weather. Met the owner one afternoon while sitting on the deck (he was playing golf and stopped by after playing #8 par three. Nice gentleman. Will likely be back next year.

Wish It Was Our Little Secret
Would love to keep this gem our own little secret, but I don't think that would be fair to the owners of this fantastic home. The house was perfect for two couples, as it has two Master Suites (No Fighting Over Rooms), very clean, extremely well appointed, and perfectly stocked for vacationers. We'd highly recommend this home to anyone staying in the area and look forward to our next stay.

We have been coming to the Graeagle area for almost 30 years. Previously, we stayed at friends. However, they sold their home so we needed to find new accommodations. We could not have found better ones! We came for some much needed respite after all of the end of year senior activities and graduation for our daughter and her fiancé. All four of us loved the property. It is very clean with super comfortable beds and furniture along with everything we needed for a cozy stay. Eight senior men got together for a small golf tournament. Our host’s house could accommodate 6 but not 8 men so we needed two more bedrooms. This house made it possible with an excellent location.
