The staff was swamped, constantly getting tons of calls from other families, and the guy who checked me in probably helped 10 other people while he was at it. He was still super fast and attentive and friendly, and I have no ida how he did it all at once, but I was very impressed! Rooms were great, comfortable beds, good pillows, it's a pet friendly hotel and we brought our dogs. We never once heard anything from any other room while we were in ours, the soundproofing is really solid and it helped our dogs settle and all of us sleep well."
