The house itself was very roomy and all the bedrooms were big and very welcoming. We tried to use the hot tub, but it wasn’t warming up and then it started to snow so maybe that was sign. "We booked this escape as a 1/2 way point between family in NJ and MA and what a hidden gem it is! Dog friendly was a priority, but the magic of this place was a welcomed surprise. All weekend we commented on wishing we stayed longer and that we must come back to really enjoy the property and cozy feel that warms the soul! "We come up to Windham every year for a big family reunion. This house was perfect for my family since we had 9 of us this year.it was more rooms than we needed but the house looked beautiful in the VRBO listing so we gave it a try. We were not disappointed. The house itself was very comfortable for all of us. 3 of the bedrooms were suites with bathrooms in them which was so great The views from the house both during the day and at night were amazing. "Had a terrific time at the Catskill cabin! The amenities were all you could ask for. There are many ways to spend time at the cabin between the hot tub, barbeque and activities/exercise room but most fun was sitting on the screened porch and watching a wide variety of songbirds. There's a resident groundhog and a family of deer wandered past a few times. The proximity to Saugerties, Cairo and the town of Catskill are big pluses. If you need to get away from it all, this is the place. "
