"Incredible experience to stay in such a majestic house. The sense of space, size and quiet harks back to a different era.On more prozaic things, the house was clean and had all the amenities in working order as one could wish for.An absolute gem of a place to stay. Would love to go back one day."

"Overall this was a great spot … close enough to the main downtown pedestrian shopping area but still quiet. We were in the older part of the property. It has nice some character but also had creaking floors and the room we were in had a odd sofa that wasn’t particularly comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Spacious bathroom with nice tub/shower and wonderfully big windows. Good to bring a sleep mask if light bothers you when sleeping. They have blackout blinds but the...
