Awesome accommodation
Very clean and comfortable. Great pre arrival communication and during my stay any questions were answered immediately. Great location to get to all the sites by foot. Given the opportunity I would definitely stay at the luckman again😊

The place was nice and clean, bedrooms very spacious, only issue I had is the key code didn’t work so I had to call to get someone to open it for me, other than that I enjoyed my stay. Would definitely stay here again.

We like very much got a parking spot for every room, a sofa bed and all anmenaties the only thing mising was a little tv for the bedroom and would be perfect.

Accommodation was nice, we had one shower where the shower drain was blocked, there was meant to be a laundry card, we did not receive that. Location was great and suited our needs.

The location is perfect, everything was clean, the bed was comfortable and pull out couch was very convenient. The room was spacey and had everything we needed and the Wi-Fi was a plus! Will definitely stay again. Everything we needed. Very simple. Timely responses.

The parking garage was absolutely disgusting! The general condition of the building was ok but the room was very nice. The best part about this stay was that it was walking distance to everything we wanted to go to during our stay.

Room great, property nope.
The room was super clean and comfortable. The property was dirty including elevators, lobby and garage. The elevators sounded like a death trap. 1 sounded like a freight train and the other literally had turbulence bouncing off the walls

It is a good location but the building and parking feel a little sketchy and the apartment itself is ok but could use a little updating and better cleaning. It wasn't dirty, but very dusty.

They really could have done a better job at properly cleaning the apartment at least, even though the building has such poor management, which is not within their control.

Okay, but not worth it.
Apartments were renovated, but cheaply done. Refrigerator didn’t work, most blinds were broken and would not go up or down, floors were sticky, no extra towels or toilet paper. Bad smells throughout the whole building, especially the parking garage.

We ended up in two different rooms for our stay. The first room had cockroaches in the bathroom then the water AND the heat stopped working. The second room was a downgrade from the first with barely any water pressure and a broken toilet. We had to wash up in the sink. There was white dog fur everywhere from whomever stayed there previously and there were ALSO cockroaches in THAT room. We had to wash every dish before we could even cook in the room because the dishes were dirty. Just over

Not at all what I was expecting. Seemed to be many questionable people around and I didn't feel safe. Very sparce furnishings. Unit itself wasn't bad, but the elevator area, although recently remolded was dirty and torn wall paper. It was a hassle getting in and out of property. My vehicle just fit into garage with incredibly tight turns. I know they are trying to update and improve, but I was incredibly disappointed as it wasn't at all what I was expecting.

In the description there were notes regarding cleaning and safety practices but the unit and building were filthy and appeared to be unsanitary. There were roaches in the unit, the floors were not clean prior to checking in, there were used dishware in the second bedroom. The parking garage was also filthy and the hallways and unit reeked of weed - the building claimed to be smoke free. All these issues were brought up to management but they didn't appear to care or acknowledge the issues. I would never recommend this place!

This property is poorly managed and dirty. I booked a 2bdrm/2ba apartment. Upon arrival, I smelled the garbage chute. The apartment had several issues. There was standing water in the dishwasher, the kitchen sink did not drain properly and the garbage disposal did not work. The stand-up shower did not drain and was filthy. The unit did not have a working AC unit in one of the rooms and portable unit was used in its place. The gap in the window where the exhaust for the AC allowed for insects to enter. There were stains on the furniture. I paid for early check-in and did not get it. The parking garage is dirty and has no working elevator. Overall I would not recommend anyone stay at this property.
