★About Our Home★

The Colorful Retreat is a celebration of color, comfort, and creativity. The living room radiates warmth with shades of yellow and orange, creating an inviting spot for relaxation and connection. The dining area, bathed in serene blues, sets the stage for shared meals and laughter. Each bedroom continues the colorful theme: a bold red room ignites energy, a calming green room fosters tranquility, and a whimsical purple room invites you into a dreamy escape.


For added flexibility, the living room features a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for extra guests. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures, offering all the essentials to prepare delightful meals.


We are pet-friendly, and the pet fee is added after you book. Please read our pet policy under 'Other Things to Note' before booking.


Please note that the washer and dryer are shared among the three units in the home.

★Access Information★

Enjoy the entire apartment for a comfortable and private stay. Parking is available for one car in the driveway, with additional street parking for your convenience.


Please note that the home is a triplex. The main front door, which is accessible to all units, opens into the main area of the triplex. However, rest assured that no one will have access to your specific unit without your permission. To access your private space, proceed to the unit doors within the main area.


Please note you may hear noise from the neighboring/upstairs unit.

During your stay at The Colorful Retreat, please adhere to the following guidelines:


• Respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

• Please do not move or rearranging furniture.

• Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

• No parties or events allowed.

• No unauthorized pets are allowed on the property.

• No illegal drugs in the home or anywhere on the property.

• Smoking, including marijuana, is strictly prohibited inside the house and anywhere on the property.

• Check-out is at 10 AM; late check-outs are subject to availability, with additional fees applicable.


Failure to comply with these rules will result in a $500 fee and/or eviction from the property.


If you have a pet, please make sure you have notified us, and the pet fee has been paid to avoid the $500 fee.


If you notice any damages or breakages upon arrival, please inform us immediately so that we can make necessary arrangements for repairs.

After booking, we require all guests to fill out a check-in form and submit a form of ID. Rest assured, your information is not used for any other purpose and is securely saved in our software. This requirement is in place for the following reasons:


1. Safety and Security: In the unlikely event of an emergency, having your identification on file ensures we can quickly assist you and any relevant authorities.

2. Verification: To ensure the person checking in matches the booking details, preventing fraudulent activity.

3. Insurance Purposes: To ensure coverage in the event of an incident, as our insurance policies require guest identification.

★Pet Policy★

We love hosting guests and their furry friends! To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, here's our concise pet policy:


Allowed Pets:

· We welcome well-behaved dogs and cats.

· All pets must be house-trained and sociable.

· Maximum of two pets per booking.

· Preferred breeds: small pets, medium-sized dogs, and cats. We do not accept the following breeds: Great Dane, Saint Bernard, Mastiff, Irish Wolfhound, Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher and Akita.


Pet Hair Cleanup: If your pet sheds, please clean up all pet hair before check-out to maintain a comfortable environment. Failure to do so may incur an additional cleaning fee.


We have guests with allergies, please respect this policy to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests. Pet Supplies: For your convenience we provide the following

· Poop bags

· Water and food bowls


Pet Fee: A non-refundable pet fee of $20 per day for each pet is required for guests bringing pets. The pet fee will be added to your total reservation cost. Rules for Pet Owners:

· Keep your pet on a leash or in a carrier outdoors.

· Don't leave your pet unattended unless crated.

· Minimize noise and disturbances caused by your pet.

· Clean up after your pet inside and outside.

· Use pet-specific bedding to protect furniture and linens.

· Report any damages or accidents caused by your pet promptly.

· Maintain control of your pet around other guests and neighbors.

· You're responsible for any damages caused by your pet.


By booking with your pet, you agree to comply with these guidelines, including the pet fee. Failure to do so may result in additional charges and affect future bookings.
