This 3-bedroom home comfortably sleeps 10 guests, making it perfect for families and friends. Unwind in the fully fenced backyard, where you can enjoy the fire pit, dining area for up to 8, and the ultimate relaxation in our hot tub.

Stay charged and prepared! We provide an EV charger for your convenience. Just a heads up, it's a universal charger, so Tesla owners will need to bring their own adapter. We're here to ensure your stay is both comfortable and eco-friendly!

The recently remodeled kitchen boasts quartz countertops, a stylish backsplash, and new cabinets for a luxurious cooking experience. Create unforgettable memories in your private poolside and hot tub paradise!

This home is located in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood in Parma.

There is an attached 2-car garage that our guests are more than welcome to use! There's also a concrete driveway that can fit an additional 3 cars, plus free on-street parking.

🏊‍♂️ Pool Heating Fee: Please note that there is a $75 per day fee to heat the pool. If you choose to heat the pool, this fee will apply for each night of your entire stay. 🌞 Enjoy a warm and relaxing swim during your stay!

🌊 Weekly Pool Maintenance: A pool cleaner will be at the property every Wednesday morning to ensure the pool and equipment are in top condition for your enjoyment.

🚨💧 If you notice any discoloration or green in the pool, please message us immediately.

Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.

To ensure smooth check-in, please complete these steps after booking:
- Sign the rental agreement
- Make sure your payment is all set
- Take a quick selfie while holding your driver’s license or government-issued ID.

These steps help keep things safe and secure for both you and the property.
Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send all the links and instructions you need—super easy! Can’t wait to host you!

We extend a warm welcome to your furry family members as well, as we happily embrace a pet-friendly policy allowing a maximum of two pets. Simply seek prior approval, and please note that an additional fee of $40 per night (total, not per pet) will be applicable. The maximum fee for pets is $240.

This is a family-friendly neighborhood. Having fun around the pool area is understandable, but we ask that noise be kept to a minimum between the hours of 9 pm-9 am.

🤫 Keep noise to a minimum outside. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am

Cozy family home! Fenced Yard!

Our family of three stayed for a week and were very comfy and cozy! We also brought our 2 fur babies who loved the fenced yard! Perfect vacatoon home!

Family Staycation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is in a great location, is nicely updated, and is within easy to access shopping, restaurants, etc. We appreciated the communication with the property manager who quickly responded to any questions or minor issues we experienced. We especially enjoyed the pool and the fact that we could bring our dog. We would stay here again!

Family friendly

It was a nice property with fun things for the family to do and plenty of space. The kids really enjoyed the pool which is large and had plenty of space. There are several things to do near nearby no matter what you like.

Trip to RnR Hall of Fame

Very convenient! Close to everything. Really was perfect, the 1/2 bath is tricky and could be a little more functional. The pool, hot tub and firepit area was perfect and we really enjoyed. Had everything you could possible need. Just bring clothes!

The stay exceeded all of our expectations. Dan was exceptional with communicating with us and relieved any stress we had. The neighborhood was beautiful. Parma Pool Oasis

Ohio family visit

Ideal spot for gathering with all of our children and grandchildren living in Ohio. Plenty of room for everyone, we were able to feed them all with the well-stocked kitchen. Very well decorated, comfortable beds and entertainment options for the kids. Too bad it was March in Ohio because the outdoor pool area is amazing!!!

A Quick Trip Away

This location is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. You are 12-20 minutes from great restaurants by Lake Erie, the zoo, The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Cedar Point, and the rental car return at the airport. This home was perfect for our family of five and the three other adults we traveled with. There are plenty of instructions and recommendations provided by the host. You will not be short towels, linens, or necessary items in the kitchen. The homey touches of a night light in the bathroom and an air purifier in the living room are the cherry on top of a great experience. This location is a must stay!!

Great Stay in Parma

We rented this house for a video shoot we were doing for a client and the location did not disappoint. The photos didn't do the house justice. It was beyond our expectation, was well appointed, and the owners were amazingly responsive. Would highly recommend.

Great attention to detail!

I recently stayed here for the weekend with my siblings and my dog. The house and pool are great! I especially loved the little details they left for my dog - dog treats, a mat for food bowls, a ball in the back yard, and potty bags.

Nice Summer Getaway

The location was convenient to a number of things that our family w/late teens+friends wanted to do. Cuyahoga National Park hiking, downtown Cleveland, Cedar Point, minor league softball game, biking path, candy store + mini golf and movie theater. All of which we did in the week we spent here. As well as down time in the pool. Also near Walmart and fast food/restaurant options. Comfortably slept 7 (all 17+ yrs old). Check in and communication during the stay was quick and responsive.

Nice stat in quiet neighborhood

My out-of-town family enjoyed their stay at this VRBO when visiting for our wedding. It was a clean and light, with spacious bedrooms in a tidy safe neighborhood. They didn’t use the pool, but when they mentioned there was a hottub, too? Well, I regretted not bringing my swimsuit! The PacMan arcade game was a hit with my 20-something gamer kids. Great communication with the host, too. My family decided to postpone leaving Cleveland by a day because they were having a great time, and the host made accomodating this very simple. I recommended this property and host!

Everything was perfect. Clean home. Literally minutes away from anything we wanted to do. Relaxing back yard and pool. Needed a break, and this did the trick. The kids loved every second of it, and so did we. Definitely will be back to stay again. Also, the beds were soooo comfortable. Top notch!

It was a true blessing to find such a lovely place to spend a couple of nights. We’re on a long road trip and it was the perfect place to breakup our hotel stays. We arrived after dark and they had both the porch light and garage light on for us. The house is in an adorable neighborhood and so clean and tidy. We spent our evenings sitting in the back yard enjoying the quiet and watching a few deer sitting on a hill just over the fence. It gave us the same cozy feel as if we were home. Thank you to the owners for allowing us to stay. If we ever come back to Cleveland, it will be my first choice.

Fall Getaway

The owner communicated in a timely manner and clearly laid out instructions through a series of communications. The property was very clean and had an abundance of blankets, towels, and extra pillows. The property also has plenty of spare dog leashes, waste bags, puppy pee pads, and dog snacks if you need more for your pet. You do need to keep your pet on a leash in the backyard to avoid your pet sneaking on the pool for any pet that doesn't "know" better. The neighborhood has sidewalks so it is easy to walk your dog around.

Long weekend in Parma

We had a long weekend for a family baptism and chose this house for the location and number it sleeps. We were not disappointed! We had 5 adults and 5 kids- plenty of sleeping areas! Everything was super clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked well with good quality plates, pots and pans. Very well stocked with towels, bedding, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. We weren’t able to use the pool area or the fire pits, but they looked awesome. We are actually hoping to rent again in the summer and utilize the backyard. The property manager communicated well- we never had to contact while we were there, but he sent messages and kept us posted so we never felt the need to. Within 5 minutes of a Wal-Mart and lots of restaurants and only 15 minutes to downtown Cleveland. We would absolutely stay here again!

Tidy & Homey

We stayed for three days and were very comfortable. It was clean and well decorated. The downstairs was perfect for my teenage son with a couch that pulled out into a bed, video games, and bathroom. Just a quick note, the bathroom downstairs is more of a utility room (washer, dryer, storage) with a toilet, shower stall, and utility sink. My son didn’t mind at all because it had, as he declared, “a bidet that changed his life.” Ha! Close to the freeway, shopping and restaurants, but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The property manager was very accommodating. Communication was swift and clear. Everything was wonderful. I wish we could have enjoyed the backyard, but it wasn’t open for the season yet. Highly recommend.

Christmas in Cleveland

The house was great - plenty of room in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Extremely well appointed - we cooked a lot and the supply of cookware, dishes, utensils, glasses, etc. was great. Comfortable beds and lots of linens, towels and blankets. We would have appreciated a better description/photos of the 2nd bathroom downstairs. The listing has ample photos of the kitchen/living area (mugs, stove, mirrors, etc), but none at all of the laundry room/1/2 bath. We always appreciate a layout of the house to know exactly what to expect. All in all it was great and we would stay again. Appreciated the garage availability, although the weather was good (for December!) and we didn't really use it. Didn't use the backyard at all. It's a lovely house.
