The lights in the room didn't work by the bed the light by the door didn't work my keys kept blocking and wouldn't let me back in the room the bed was comfortable the room was clean the bathroom was clean the customer service was good

Staff was friendly. Convenient area for shopping and dining. Hotel was outdated and dirty. The lobby as well as our room smelled old and like smoke. We had a non smoking room, signs throughout facility stated no smoking, however, there was an ash tray in our room. The blankets were old and hard. Decent rate for our one night staff but overall look of hotel needs to be updated.

Unfortunately when we arrived the combination of mold and cigarette odor triggered my allergies and my daughter's allergies. With this in mind, we were forced to find another place to stay.
