Staff was fine, housekeeping is minimal and ask about their policy. I think standard service is every third night. Rooms could be cleaner, especially carpets. If you need a spot for the night this is not the worst option. I think you can do much better for any kind of extended stay.

There was a stain on the blanket and my daughter was bitten by a spider in the middle of the night. I booked the Hotels.com and said 3 in the room when booking. Thankful that I did that. When we got to the hotel they said that the room was for two people only and wanted to charge us a fee for having 3. I reminded them that I booked through Hotels and have 3 in my booking. It stopped them from charging me extra.

Only in a pinch
Fine in a pinch - but wouldn't stay here. Power was out and we were traveling from Chicago. The hotel we reserved wasn't sure when the power would be back on. We just needed a place to stay. Mold in the room. Broken lamp. Musty smell.

was supposed to be smoke free. it was definitely not smoke free. woke up so sick after sleeping in room that had major smoke smell. bathroom sink handle was not attached. kept coming off if turned sink on. requested maintenance. fixed it pretty quick. shower door leaked horribly. no resolution.

If you're looking for an inexpensive place to hop off the interstate for a night this is it. It's not perfect or luxury but its not priced that way. It was what we expected in a quick place to sleep for the night. The breakfast was better than expected and the man at the desk at 11:30 p.m. was more than pleasant. I would stay again.
