NEW Modern cottage on Lake Michigan’s coast nestled on spacious 3.5 acres. Outdoors you can relax and unwind in the seven-person hot-tub or simply enjoy the ample backyard. Inside, you will experience stunning views and tranquil scene from every room in the house.

This 2 bedroom/2 bath includes a master en suite with a queen bed, soaking tub, large shower, and walk-in closet. The 2nd bedroom comes with 2 Full-Size bunkbeds for adults or children.

The kitchen is fully stocked and includes both a Keurig & drip coffee maker. It also contains a blender, hand mixer, electrical water kettle, microwave, and toaster. The living room is equipped with a TCL 4K Smart Roku TV, a charming remote-control gas fireplace, and a high-end comfortable sleeper sofa.

The bedrooms have black-out curtains and include bed linens. The bathrooms include towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers and hair dryers.

We have a Washer and Dryer on the premise if you travel light and want to put a load in during your stay. Laundry Detergent and Dryer sheets are available.

The cottage is equipped with High-Speed Satellite internet service.

Outside you will find a picnic table, heavy duty propane gas grill, large outdoor deck with seating, and a fire pit to enjoy a bonfire and listen to the waves.

Conveniently located only 5 minutes to the World Class Championship golf course, Whistling Straits. Head a couple of hours north and you will reach Door County. Go south and you will find Sheboygan, Port Washington, and Kohler.

• We have wildlife such as deer and beavers that occasionally visit the property.
• The lake house is directly on the lake. As such, there are bugs outside and wildlife noises.
Safety Matters!
• We are lakeside on a 30’ bluff - Children MUST NEVER be left unattended while outside. There is NO access to the water from this property.
• This property features an exterior security camera: the camera is located on the front of the property facing out towards the driveway. No additional cameras on premise and camera does not look into any interior spaces.
